I was doing your retest just now. I didn't leave the screen or do anything. I clicked on a answer and it told me that my time was up. I noticed I had like 6 min left to the test so I started to rush seeing all the people that have already finished. I could still see the time left when the time was up. I don't know what happened. Also there was no figure one. I feel like I was cheated or something. I can call and video chat right now and show you. I can't find a number or email to contact you

How to fix MSCHF app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MSCHF app on iPhone
Update MSCHF app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MSCHF iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MSCHF on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MSCHF network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MSCHF Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MSCHF not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MSCHF App
1. On android, goto Settings » MSCHF » click [Force Stop]

Update MSCHF to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MSCHF App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MSCHF » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MSCHF.

Fix MSCHF unable to contact server/ MSCHF internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MSCHF » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MSCHF » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MSCHF
