Not sure I will be keeping my card I recently went in for service. And I used my Ford pass card. I was charged a fee to use my Ford card. At a Ford dealer. I am sorry but that does not make any sense I hope you figure out a better way to punish your loyal customers If I am not going to use my card. I guess there will be no reason to keep my card.

Your response. Was you can’t control what a merchant charges. My confusion wasn’t a merchant but a Ford Dealership. Ford being the key term. Ford Dealer. Ford Card. You want me to use the card to earn points. But charge me extra to use it at the dealership. A bit counterproductive. But it is America. And we all have freedom of choice

For probably a month and a half now it won’t let me log in and says there are no accounts and I have to visit the full site. Then I visit the full site and it still doesn’t work!!!! I think in the past month and a half I’ve been able to log on 4 times total (and I try to go on every day or every other day.) fix this ASAP…..

i’ve only had this credit card a few months and I’ve made much over the minimum payments but my schedule payment apparently wasn’t processed until after midnight and they hit me with a late fee. I’m pretty upset about it and I’ll be calling.

New user, can not get past the two step verification screen on FordPassRewardsVisa . I can login as usual from my computer. I’ve called and the lady suggested I delete and redownload FordPassRewardsVisa . Still gets stuck at the two step verification screen. I see an update was dropped yesterday, I’m assuming maybe there’s an issue with it. I don’t see where I can contact anyone for app support. Not a good first experience.

I had a hard time getting FordPassRewardsVisa to install and work. After waiting a very long time on hold the lady was able to help. I set up FordPassRewardsVisa then paid my full balance 2 days ago. FordPassRewardsVisa shows no payments made. My checking has not been debited for the payment and my amount owed has not changed. My son also drives a Ford and his dealer charged 3% plus fee to use the Ford card. Hoping it's just a fluke and things improve. If not then I will immediately drop the account and happily erase FordPassRewardsVisa .

You are intentionally changed your contracts, removing rewards points from their customers stripping them of buying power. You also have extremely high interest charges.

You promised us a card that would have benefits and you can’t even maintain that.

FordPassRewardsVisa works fine can do most things from app. A few things have to be done in the web like auto pay. This is the only credit card that I have that does not allow more than one payment source. I routinely pay from two checking accounts as I manage bills for my mother so I’m constantly having to update my payment source to pay from each account. This is a pain so I moved mother’s stuff to a different card making this card the least helpful.

Need to have like any other large credit card offer the ability to report and or report lost or damaged cards within the application instead of going through a freakin telephone tree to report it.

The one thing I don’t like is it is taken days to process a purchase.. I use this card for the benefits. I like to pay off my said card as soon as I purchase something. Flustering having to wait to pay.. but in all I like the card.

I bought a new truck and the Ford pass offered a credit card….. I reluctantly filled out the application and boom over 5k credit limit. I would suggest this card and Ford to anyone Needing a quality truck and credit card with a good starting limit.

I just got this card and I haven’t had an option to schedule an auto payment. Is there an option for that for this card?

So easy- I pay in full each month from my checking account. I use my card for everything and when my extended warranty is up, my points will pay for repairs.

Can’t find a page on your app that summarizes my auto payment details… very frustrating.

The Ford credit card is the best card I have. A $200 cash bonus every year. Amazing perk! Plus all of my oil changes, rotate tires are free at any Ford dealership. Keep racking those points up!!

Have been using this card a lot lately. No issues so far, that have not been addressed. Great customer service.

Signed up in order to use on purchase of new ford - did not work at all and customer service was less than helpful and did not concern themselves with any type of solution.
