UPDATE: I received yet another generic response from this game developer. We’re sorry , blah blah blah. Still no answer for the problem we are ALL having. I will be deleting this game and wish all of you the best in getting resolution, much less an actual human being replying. After going through multiple reviews it appears we are ALL experiencing the same issues, yet there is no resolution from their customer service. ZERO. This game CONTINUALLY freezes up when you win free games/spins. Every single time I’ve won free spins it’s been a nightmare to actually get them. You have to exit the game and go back in to try to claim them. I had over $23,000,000 in wins and the game froze and I lost all my coins. I reached out to customer support and was told there is no issue. Play at your own risk but they have NOT fixed the bugs nor does it spear that they intend to. By far the WORST customer service I’ve ever encountered.

I’ve played this game for over a year and it has always been my absolute favorite slot game… until this week. The most recent update completely changed the game and pretty much made me unwilling to play anymore, which is unfortunate considering how much money I spend to play on it monthly. When I went to sleep a few nights ago my max bet was 6.25 billion… woke up the next morning and my game had updated and max bet now 54 billion. What the heck??? Why the HUGE jump. After playing quite a few spins on quite a few different games I realized it’s now extremely hard to get any good wins as well. Pretty much went through all of my saved coins without even a high bet. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this unweeded change. Don’t fix something that isn’t broken.

I played this game for a year getting to level 1,000 which takes hundreds of hours of play. I started making in app purchases in the neighborhood of $15-$20 per month. As the game complexity increased, CashHoardCasinoSlotsGames started to crash. I’m on a new iPad. Paid and natural rewards have a time limit and as you rush to claim the reward CashHoardCasinoSlotsGames will crash forgetting that you claimed the reward. Support responded at first then ghosted me after the resolution they offered was penny’s on the dollar spent. I have pictures, I don’t care if they respond to this accurate negative review, this Chinese company took my money and bailed. Don’t get hooked on this game and make in app purchases. Play for free and if you run out of coins, delete and reinstall this or another app…

I actually love CashHoardCasinoSlotsGames, and recently started making coin purchases. I made a purchase a week ago for $4.99 and never got my coins for the package using a 150% more coins coupon. I sent an email a message in CashHoardCasinoSlotsGames regarding the purchase over the weekend and got a response Monday. They asked me to send proof of my purchase. I sent a screenshot of my purchase along with one showing the coin package. I got a response today that the pmt failed on the platform and if the pmt was deducted I needed to reach out to CashHoardCasinoSlotsGames Store for a refund. As much as I love this game I’m going to delete CashHoardCasinoSlotsGames. It’s not a lot of money, but it’s mines nonetheless and I don’t like getting the run around.

I’ve really enjoyed this game…UNTIL…I noticed it is ROBBING ME OF BONUS WINS!!!!! In the bonus round it says I need to win $144 million in respins. It said I was 84% there which meant I only needed to win 23,040,000 to complete my “mission”. I won 29 million coins on my next respin & it told me that now I was at 91% complete. Then I proceeded to win an additional $40 million coins and it took me to 98%. I don’t know what kind of math this game does, however, pay attention to your wins and do your own math and you will realize this game is ROBBING YOU!!!! 👎🏼😡😡😡2 stars is only because I really did enjoy playing it before I started questioning it.

I always gave Cash Hoard 5 stars, I have had CashHoardCasinoSlotsGames for probably over a year. I love slot apps but most constantly make you buy coins to keep going. Cash Hoard was never like that, I always purchase the rewards for the quests and sometimes would buy my piggy bank when it’s on sale. Cash Hoard always kept me playing with wins and jackpots, lately like the last few months this is not the case. I have purchased more coin packages then I ever needed to in the past. I’ll be giving it these last few days that are left in my quest pass and if I continue to not win anything, I will be deleting it. Very disappointed with an app that I absolutely loved. I hope they decide to make it more fun with more wins before I delete it. I’ll update this review after the quest is over.

The amount of ads are unreal. I’ve played games with tons of ads but this is ridiculous. Ads after anything you click, after bonus’s, you name it. Even if you hit x to close an ad you get redirected to a video you’ve chosen not to watch. I’ve had to close this game down several times because of the ads it try’s to force on you. It’s pretty fun though if you have the will power close countless ads and sit through long videos you tried to close.

I have been playing this game a lot and been doing good and enjoying my time playing it! But right now my inbox will not open! Everytime I try to open my inbox to collect my stuff the game freezes and I can’t collect anything! It’s frustrating because I have somewhere between 5-10 wild chips that are in the inbox that I can’t even collect to finish my chip collections. Not being able to clear my inbox is stopping me from collect a few billion! It’s a great game but it’s frustrating. I have like 35 items in my inbox.

Love the game, the slots have great features and decent payouts as well. My ONE complaint…WAY too many purchase promos pop up. They pop up every time you open a menu, and at random as well. I even made a purchase to “eliminate ads”, but apparently this did not include the purchase promos.
If this issue is resolved I’d be willing to write a 5 star review because honestly that’s the only thing that makes this game not as enjoyable.

Im not part of Cash Hoard Slots. I recently closed out DoubleU Casino after numerous years. During that period I complained about various problems with the different games. Rolling slots, freezing, lack of communication, and how to play some of the games. When I pushed the stop bottom it didn’t respond. Then apparently the game was overhauled. It was perfect. I sent a memo to that effect and gave DoubleU slots five stars. Then the program began having problems again. I noticed a pattern of declining wins when my slots peaked. I immediately started losing. . Im not, I repeat not a sore looser. It happened several times before. I had spent my Apple gift card on the game after Christmas. Then I began having troubles again when my score was high and gradually lost with maybe 20 spins betting $120 in coins with a large balance a few months prior. It didn’t take long. I quit and realized the game wasn’t worth reporting since Kevin Smith stopped returning my complaints or fixing them so I removed CashHoardCasinoSlotsGames .

After playing a couple of other slot games that seem geared toward forcing you into a corner of buying coins. This game is definitely a refreshing choice.

But the ads are ridiculous. First two weeks the ads were minimal. Since then, ads are popping up at least every 3-4 mins. Sometimes the time between them are as minimal as in between every spin.

I’d happily pay $3 or less a month just to not have them but I don’t think that’s an option. The game is fun but the ads are a nightmare.

I do love this game, the variety, the graphics. It’s about the only slot machine app I use. However, lately I’ve noticed that I can play for a very long time without hitting a bonus or a big win (100s of spins). Whether I buy coins or just use the daily free coins. I know this adds to the “realism”, but does take some of the fun out of it. I delete in frustration, but days later give it another go..

This game is fun... I’ve been playing for awhile now. It’s fun however in my many hours and weeks upon weeks playing, I’ve yet to hit the jackpots. I’ve spent money and it’s just hard to get wins. I know it the point of the company/app to make money, but I’ll not continue buying coins to see them disappear faster than it took me to buy them. So hard to maintain a positive balance long.

This was a great game...and the word here is WAS. When I first started to play this game it was really fun and even once in a while the game would hit. Than it stopped altogether to the point that I was not hitting at all never so much so that I have stopped playing this game altogether. I know that part of the game is winning/ losing. But at this point this game has just stopped paying. I have reached a point that this game is no longer fun.

This game has very fastly become the ONLY reason that I am sane in this crazy place called life! This game is very enjoyable,entertaining and something that you can just PLAY, and ENJOY without worrying about money, or actually anything that stresses you out, because once you start playing all you can think about is this game and all the very different and unique aspects of it and you can’t help but want to win ….. just sit back , grab a cup of good coffee and turn this game on and get your day started the right way STRESS free and happy!,,,

I just started playing this game, but I already enjoy it very much. It has exciting and different games compared to other casino and slots apps. It also has extra features that most other casino apps don’t have like multiple different missions and challenges and unique bonuses. Very fun!! Highly recommend!!

I’m just getting used to playing slots. I have tried a lot of them and I just end up running out of coins and I refuse to top up. You sure don’t need to with this game although you could if you wanted. This game is very exciting and keeps you moving and winning. Definitely recommend

Great App! Very fair with play vs rewards ratio. Well over level 1000 currently and don’t play any other slots machine type apps anymore.

Only downfall I can find is that app doesn’t like to be connected via WiFi. When I try it tell me to check WiFi connect which I know is solid so I turn off WiFi and make network connection, issue solved. This happens at numerous locations with different WiFi connections. Is this something I am doing wrong or a setting I need to change?? Help would be appreciated!!

Very entertaining and great winnings. Unlike other games, this lets you play and enjoy the games. Players on a fixed income can play for hours without running out of tokens to play with. This is particularly wonderful for handicapped individuals who are mostly home bound. Thank you for providing endless hours of entertainment.
