I have not been able to watch cobra TV since Wednesday, July 26. I cleared my data on my Amazon fire stick and tried to log back in with the extreme code, username and password that I have always used. It is not accepting anything that I do. I did not know if a server may be down or what! Please let me know what is going on. Thanks.

Close and restart the Cobra IPTV app on iPhone
Update Cobra IPTV app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Cobra IPTV iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Cobra IPTV on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Cobra IPTV network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Cobra IPTV not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Cobra IPTV App
1. On android, goto Settings » Cobra IPTV » click [Force Stop]

Update Cobra IPTV to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Cobra IPTV App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Cobra IPTV » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Cobra IPTV.

Fix Cobra IPTV unable to contact server/ Cobra IPTV internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Cobra IPTV » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Cobra IPTV » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Cobra IPTV
