I just installed Structured on a new iMac running Monterey OS. It crashes immediately every time I try to run it.

It was great, until…

I started off LOVING this app. I quickly paid for the full version and was thrilled with how it integrates with my google calendar. After a few weeks I got a new email and tried to add the calendar from it but couldn’t. So I reached out to support for guidance and they said (paraphrasing) ‘We don’t know what’s wrong. Use the add a calendar option in settings (which I don’t have). You’re on your own.’ This was truly disappointing. To make something so great and then have such terrible customer service. So basically, I can only add events by entering them manually. So what did I even pay for? At the end of the day, when it works, it works great! But don’t expect much help of you encounter an issue. Updated 1/25 - I was hopeful my initial 3 star review would gain the attention of the developers and I’d get to better assistance with my issue. As this has not happened, I can no longer recommend the app. Entering all my events manually completely defeats the purpose of this app for me. If I input an event on my Google calendar on my computer and it doesn’t sync with Structured it’s not useful. Super disappointed.

Please Fix Problem with Re-Occurring Subtasks

When I first downloaded this app I fell in love with the features, it had everything I’ve been searching for in a “to-do list” app for years. Sadly, the very feature that I fell in love with in the app has become very glitchy. The feature that I’m referring to are the subtasks that you can add under your main task. The subtask feature is what I’ve been searching for, because it allows me to add individual items that I need to do for each task and check them off as I complete them. I also use the subtasks to track my daily supplements, which has been extremely helpful in ensuring that I’m not missing any. I have about 6 main tasks that I’ve set up as re-occurring daily, and under those 6 main tasks I have a list of subtasks that coincide with them. Here’s the Problem: The subtasks are supposed to uncheck themselves under the re-occurring tasks daily, as this occurred when I first downloaded the app. However, about 2 weeks ago I began to notice that at the start of a new day some of my re-occurring subtasks would be randomly checked off. At first this was only happening to a few of my re-occurring subtasks, and now it’s happening to a lot of them. It’s now becoming an inconvenience, and I’m very disappointed because this feature is why I use the app. Please fix this problem as soon as possible, and unsure that re-occurring subtasks are unchecking each day. Will update rating once fixed.

Great app from one developer

This app has great features and potential. I see that the drag and drop is on the list as planned and I'm hoping that's released sooner than later. It takes about 1 minute to create a task and that's honestly too long. Especially when you have to scroll the time instead of type it. Having to click "more" for times is just a lot . I don't want to spend too much time organizing my time. The drag and drop would be a great feature as I wouldn't have to edit every task. The notifications need to be before the task. However, you can bypass that by having reminders mirrored or another app but that's alot of inputting . I'll just check in to see if this is updated as I can't use this daily. I do love the time calculations when there are gaps . It really shows you how we really have enough time to do what we need to do. I was shocked when I put it everything and Had a few 45 min gaps . UPDATE: I just updated the app and it has all the features now. Even have for Mac. And because the reminders are linked, you can somewhat use for Apple Watch. Having these task on all 4 devices definitely increased punctuality and productivity. Thanks Leo!
