PPC data does not sync. Known issue. They refuse to fix

Contacted Helium 10 since our PPC data is not syncing and not taken into calculation for Profits. This was their response:
The issue is with the app itself, so we won't be able to fix it for anyone noticing discrepancies between the mobile app and the desktop. To give you some background, we have encountered challenges supporting the mobile app, so we will not release new updates or bug fixes. Once again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

This isn’t a free app and I pay an annual subscription to use this software. It should work. The sad part is they know this is a known issue and they are literally refusing to fix it.
Kicks you out all the time

Terrible app. Do not recommend. It kicks you out all the time and you have to relog every time. Now they are pushing their new version , so the block old version from view and insist you try new demo if you try to avoid it it will kick you out of the app. Hate this !!!! Ps: we are a business and pay monthly subscription fee. Now actively looking for another alternative.

I can’t login by pasting anything. For security reasons, i have jumbled passwords that are many characters long and this system disables paste making it much more insecure. I’m not using shorter passwords. Would you?
