Great idea but JustBetweenUs doesn’t work properly, some photos take forever to load and forget trying to load a video unless you’re in an area that has 5 bars constantly the chances of them sending are slim and none. When I first got JustBetweenUs I forgot my password sent the password reset multiple times and also emailed customer support and nothing. Who knows if JustBetweenUs is secure as they say I guess if you see your photos or videos for sale on eBay you’ll find out. We were really hoping this was going to be the answer for what we were looking for.

I want to love JustBetweenUs because the concept is great. However, the bugs have gotten worse since we initially downloaded it over a year ago. Our biggest frustration is that videos of any size cannot be uploaded to JustBetweenUs anymore, which has not always been the case. (You can record something in JustBetweenUs itself, but that process isn’t very user friendly and doesn’t offer fun editing options.) Texting also takes forever in JustBetweenUs . If they fix these two issues, it will be a fantastic option for couples!

I really like the concept of JustBetweenUs; however, my wife and I have been attempting to use it for several weeks and the functioning/performance continues to be quite poor. We don’t always receive notifications when messages are sent, pictures don’t always display, and recently when I type a message there is a lag of several seconds before what I typed displays (and usually JustBetweenUs has autocorrected my message to something that isn’t even close to what I was trying to write). Hopefully as bugs are fixed the performance improves.

JustBetweenUs has all the right directions but doesn’t deliver on quality. Here is what I liked and did not like:

-Password protected
-Video upload with paid version
-Color and appearance

Didn’t like
-Password screen was not always responsive. Reminded me of touch screen phones from a decade ago.
-Paid version didn’t make JustBetweenUs any more responsive. Videos were painfully slow to upload.
-App doesn’t allow for “intimately us” to recognize and send things such as sexpert podcasts. How about sharing sex positions with spouse? Would be nice if intimately us could connect with “just between us” where its seem less.
-Lost messages. Sometimes I would send something or my wife would and it wouldn’t come through. Closing out JustBetweenUs and reopening it would make it appear.

Overall JustBetweenUs was nice and the concept good. But because of all the negative aspects we decided to not subscribe further. We swapped to “between” which has no lag between messages and and no issues with dropped messages. Plus their password screen is good.

If just between us solves these issues we would be happy to return to JustBetweenUs .

Very glitchy!!! Won’t load a lot of times, just tells me initializing and the wheel keeps on spinning…..very frustrating. Can’t use it like it’s intended.
Great concept, love the set up and spiritual connection. Wish they would tie our membership in from intimately us to JustBetweenUs . It lets you connect from there but doesn’t bring anything over. Have to buy the same things all over if you want to use them in JustBetweenUs. Needs some work. Would give it 5 stars if they could work out some of the bugs. I do hope there are some fixes in the future, it is a nice app over all.

Like JustBetweenUs but it has a few glitches they need oy fix. Sometimes, we can’t send video on it. It says it sends but the video Never gets to my husband. Also we don’t get all our messages because JustBetweenUs does this weird loading thing and we will have to completely close out JustBetweenUs to get in again several times before it works. Notifications aren’t always sent either so Will have to text my husband or he’ll have to text me to notify me of a message.

I appreciate what JustBetweenUs does and how it’s intended to work. I’m glad it isn’t Snapchat, sending pics back to home base forever. I like that it encrypts pictures if set as such. It is a bit unrefined and needs some polish to make interactions more consistent. Then again, Twitter has a huge dev team, has a giant budget, and has been polished over many years…so this has to be considered in that light. Well done, Just Between Us!

I just used JustBetweenUs for the first time to send my hubby a pic. This sort of thing is very new to us and it took 2 weeks to work up the nerve because I wasn’t sure how it would work. I wish there were filter options upfront, instead of after accepting the image. Had I known there were filters to make things a little more discreet, there would have been no hesitation. I’d also like to see another accept button and an option to add text to the image before it goes through. I wasn’t expecting it to send right away.

It’s a great way to keep communication and photos private with no chance of accidentally sending it to the wrong person, which would pretty much be the worst thing to happen LOL. We have had a lot of fun with it and it’s nice to have an archive of that. My wishlist items would be read receipts and disabling the ability to preview even the text when switching apps. If you leave it open in the background and slide up/double tap (depending on your phone), all the text is there to see. For now I completely exit JustBetweenUs after each use.

We’ve used JustBetweenUs since it was first released and we love it!

The articles and videos are great information, the games are fun with a lot of variety. You can even customize them to your preferences. The journaling feature is especially nice. As well as the private app Just Between us for sharing private conversations.

Like several others recently, I was really starting to regret my lifetime purchase, but this most recent update is giving me hope. Prior to the update, videos were crashing, chat was buggy, etc. And any videos longer than a few minutes, forget about it.

But after the update, so far everything is working great. Even a video that was crashing my app is loading and playing flawlessly.

To the developers, please keep it up. My wife and I have always loved JustBetweenUs and really appreciate the fact it’s limited to just us. We’d love to keep using it for years to come (Lord Willing).

Anyway, please continue your great work on this.

JustBetweenUs has done wonders for my husband and I. He travels a lot for work (sometimes months at a time). I was concerned about how our marriage would change in our times apart, but JustBetweenUs helps us to stay connected and intimate in ways we can’t via typical messaging apps. Highly recommend—our sex life has reached new levels thanks to this and “Intimately Us”!

So on the spot I think it’s called conquests. it’s the spot where you can mark where you’ve done it. It would be nice if you could type in addresses for pass locations when you’re catching yourself up. Or if you forget to mark a spot while you’re there you can go back and put the address in.I think it would be a lot easier to mark down the past places we’ve done it if we can actually type the address in. I really love it it’s fun to mark all those spots it’s just hard to go back and find them. Hopefully you understand what I’m trying to say and it’s not that hard to change that part of JustBetweenUs . I look forward to hopefully seeing that change in the future.

It is nice to have a place that can be protected from prying eyes that only my wife and I can see. We know that when a notification pops up, it is only opened in private. We’re just learning to communicate intimately again. We’ve been married for nearly 45 years and we’re communicating better than we did in our 20’s!

My husband and I have loved having this fresh way to add/keep track of all of our intimate times together. We enjoy the daily challenges it suggests and love its sister messaging app “Just Between Us”, so our kids can’t see our naughty messages we send to each other. These apps have truly changed our course on our sex-life. We’re like blissful newlyweds again. Thank you!

My husband has always wanted me to send him sexy messages or photos of me but I’ve been hesitant to text because of it potentially being seen by other people that I don’t want seeing it.

When we discovered JustBetweenUs though, I grew more comfortable with the idea because it is much more private. I also love that it’s “our” app. It feels special to our marriage because that’s all it’s used for. It’s not something like Snapchat, which we tried before, where we communicate with friends too. This just feels different to me.

My wife and I love JustBetweenUs because we don’t have to deal with all of the pornographic or vulgar language and images that come with non-marriage centered intimacy apps! We can choose how to use both Intimately Us and Just Between Us! We love the secure photo and video sharing options in the chat and all of the great games, ideas and information! This has helped our marriage beyond sex but especially in the sex department as well!

There are a lot of great features to JustBetweenUs. Besides all the helpful content, there are also other activities that generate conversation. I loved that we could explore how we both feel about various sexual things by answering questions separately and then comparing answers. The fantasy list, bucket list, favorite memories lists are all great options. This is a tool that can help marriages grow closer by generating healthy conversation.

This is a fantastic app, and I like how it can be separate from messages so we can discuss our children away from their prying eyes if they use our phone to send a text to someone, and today we discovered it even blurs some or maybe all photos unless you click on it, so enhanced privacy.

One thing I would request is the ability to lock it with our Face ID. That way, it’s harder to accidentally open. :-)

When using texts to flirt or instigate things with my wife there’s always the chance that the wrong contact was hit in my normal messaging app. With this one, it only is linked with my wife so I can reach out to her- and only her. It’s our own private area.

Plus the additional prompts and suggestions keep the connection going. Love JustBetweenUs.
