FreedomGuru is amazing and I completely rely on this for major things in my life. I was in depression and really unhappy in my life few months back coz I wasn’t able to cope and balance my work life and personal life. But then my friend recommended FreedomGuru to me and after trying it for the first time, I could see the change and it has transformed my life completely. Thank you team, you guys are doing a fabulous job!

Like everyone, I’ve only had FreedomGuru for a short time since it’s so new. But in that time I’ve experienced a wonderful self awakening with so much insight from the individual Freedom Refections.

I am looking forward to participating in all areas of FreedomGuru as it grows into the future. I’m an old guy who’s finding out there’s still plenty to learn.

I tend to struggle to find the time to sit and listen to FreedomGuru due to all my responsibilities with work and family. My little secret is I listen to it everyday while I drive to work, and for me it is still giving amazing results. It calms me so much right before work and leaves a lasting impression on me through the day. I recommend everyone to give it a try.

how true! We ignore so much that happens in life - this has been my experience for the last several months - i have tried to push down my stress and be there for my family as best as i could - but it would all come back in the nights. now i know that suppressing my emotions is not the solution - i have to see it and set myself free

I find that it can be a little tough at times to let go of my inner struggles, as I have come to realize I have become habituated to them. But the flow of these reflections are simple to follow and are making it easier with each passing day. I feel like I am learning to let go of a bad habit and develop an extremely beautiful new one.

I dont know why i used to feel angry with my family and friends all the time. I have this anxiety inside me and a feeling of failure. FreedomGuru helped me explore the freedom within me leaving behind the anger. I learnt the technique of setting myself free and with this i could think more clearly and intelligently and gained back all my love for family and friends.

I had problems in my personal life with my partner. I wasn't really open about my feelings to him since i recently got married and it was an arranged marriage. I dint know how to react in any given situation because of which i was in stress. I used FreedomGuru and i learnt how to overcome such a feeling and felt the freedom of expressing. i felt more confident like never before.

I am an introvert person and always found it difficult to gel along with others and held myself back out of fear. I was somewhere losing my self confidence and led a life of isolation. FreedomGuru helped me and pulled me up with its self reflections. Now i am a confident person and can easily talk to my peers. I have gained back my inner peace that was missing in my life.

I have struggled with depression for many years now. I have lost hope so many times and it has taken me so much to combat it. Now I feel like I am making progress every day, realizing more and more what the truth is. I am slowly becoming confident that in time I can be free of my depression.

When I listened to some of the reflections here - especially those around meaninglessness, purpose and authenticity - ifelt like at last someone had spoken the truth to me. I am still in the process of figuring out my purpose, but now at least I know the direction in which I must walk.

I was cheated in a relationship because of which I got into depression and wasn’t happy with my life. I had a painful past with lot of regrets and stress. FreedomGuru taught me a lot, taught me how to look at my past without regrets and embrace my present with a vision and step into the future without any fear. FreedomGuru surely deserves 5 stars!

Excellent app to use! I wasn’t getting enough sleep at night and used to wake up in the middle of the night because of anxiety stress. I somehow saw FreedomGuru in FreedomGuru Store and downloaded it by chance, It helped me clear my mind from the burden and taught me how to achieve freedom and take charge of my life.

Freedom Guru is a spectacular app that really helped me change my life and my mindset. Earlier I used to keep myself restricted from a certain things and emotions in life but with the help of FreedomGuru, I can see the change and I feel more empowered and happy in life with of course the freedom for everything.

One of the reasons I downloaded FreedomGuru was because I found a change in my wife after she started using it. She became more attentive to my feelings and would make small attempts to make me feel special. That was enough for me to download FreedomGuru !

I’m going to suggest to my boss that he makes this available to all employees. I hope she takes it up and decides to offer some kind of employee care package even if it is just for 6 months. I feel this will greatly benefit everyone.
