Yayy for CVS forcing people to never be away from work. You’re expect to constantly be at CVS’ call whenever they need you. They do little for their employees. They make public announcements to make themselves look good, but cut payroll so much they wonder why stores are so understaffed. This app is pointless. I’ve tried numerous times to get the notifications. Not that I want to be alerted every time someone wants to make a post like they are on Facebook or Twitter. There is a reason I don’t have social media and that’s because I have more important things to do then read about what pointless things people have to post about.

This app will not work unless the always on location it on. This is completely unacceptable for an app that many DL’s are requiring to be downloaded to our personal phones Aside from the before mentioned draining off battery it is a huge invasion of privacy. I completely understand not wanting people to access it out side of work but that is completely attainable by using location only when using the app! I am very disappointed in the company’s complete disregard for employee privacy!

I appreciate the company not wanting us to use the app while not at work. However, requiring location services to be Always On eats battery life. Should be our choice to use the app outside our own store - say at different stores. Could add into Terms And Conditions that use is completely voluntary and that use of the app outside work hours is at the user’s choice and is not subject to compensation
