I got no order confirmation when doing guest checkout and when I reached out to customer support they never responded.

This was not my first time ordering via this App, but this time I felt cheated as the product in category is not even close to what got delivered. I reached out the customer care but there is no response. Also there is no option to rate the product on the app, so you can’t share your feedback or see others review on their product.
Delivery takes more than 30 days. I ordered by September 30th for Diwali celebration and order got delivered after Diwali. The main saree from my order is still pending delivery . So if ordering for an occasion, please order at-least 2 months in advance. And be careful of the product, you might order an apple and get a pear instead.

App is good for shopping, but crashes often (crashes while trying to open), which is frustrating. Also no product reviews, and picture quality of products is terrible. Photos are often blurry/fuzzy so you can’t get a good idea about fabric quality and design work. Otherwise, the “store” Indya,is fine, prices are good, purchased once, product quality seems nice.
