The app Audio doesn’t work 99 times out of 100. When the most basic functionality fails to work it’s not even worth 1 star rating I gave. If I had a option to give minus 5 stars then this app definitely deserves one.
Emailed customer service too not surprisingly no response even after a week. When u pay so much you expect it to at least work. Even the features are poorly designed. I wanted was 9 yr old son to prepare for spelling bee competition and he was really disappointed.

Wanted this to create word lists for my child to learn from. Unbelievably badly designed format for inputting words. Each word has to be done individually and processed individually which is very slow going. Why on earth you wouldn’t be able to dictate or type and input the whole list is beyond me.
Furthermore once I had inputted the list and begun practice with my child, the app promptly. Rashes after a few minutes and the list was lost…

I paid for the upgrade and after a couple of days it’s not working. This is very frustrating for my son. I tried restoring purchases but it keeps saying use the same Apple ID which I am both on the iPad and in the App Store. It shows purchase under that ID’s purchase history yet I cannot used what I paid for. Can someone please sort this out - I don’t have any contact info for whom to contact regarding this problem.
