I just purchased ver 1, and didn’t pay attention to the message that concert mode was closed. After I connected to self mode, now I downloaded the 2nd app and it’s not connecting. Idk what I’m supposed to do, even the self mode isn’t working.

Over and over and over again this app has told me my light stick needs to be updated but then it fails every time I try and download it. It connects to my light stick with Bluetooth but won’t download the firmware update. I can’t change the colors and I’m really disappointed.
