Can’t Access Tickets via Ticketmaster

The link between Broadway Dallas and Ticketmaster isn’t working so the tickets I paid $400 for can’t be accessed. Ticketmaster says it’s not their issue. So frustrating to see this is apparently an ongoing issue that has yet to be fixed.

When I try to view tickets the error message “incorrect format” appears. Everything else seems to work, but it’s no good if I can’t see my tickets.
