Just like so many other media outlets, 4b is committed to giving equal time to absolute garbage. If you’re interested in playing nice with imbeciles, you may like Ponderly. If you’re an activist or advocate, don’t waste your time at 4b. Its for people who want to feel good about doing nothing.

I LOVE the concept. Polarization is a real problem and the media is failing us by being both biased and deceptive.

Ponderly fulfills its promise of being unbiased by providing an affirmative and negative perspective on each issue. It does a great job of presenting each issue as undecided so you can form your own opinions.

However, it fails in three critical ways.

In descending order of importance:

1. It does not explain the cheap tactics each side uses to straw man and denigrate the other. Knowing the messaging tactics of each side would go a long way to helping people resist the pull of agenda bearing media outlets.

2. It does not focus on the most controversial, divisive issues. Those should be front and center.

3. It does present the BEST form of each argument. It’s helpful to get an idea of why the perspective of one person who stands for one side of the issue, but unfortunately reading the opinions in Ponderly feels like reading cheap arguments written by high school debaters. They cherry pick stats and anecdotes that support their points rather than getting to the heart of the issue. There is no way to see how each side would respond to the opinions of the other.

4b is a fun past time as well as a great source when information is confusing and you’re not sure what to believe! Also a great starting point for debaters :)

Great media content. I like that both viewpoints are represented without reproach.

Finally a place to read both sides of the same issue. Hard to find that in MSM these days. Cool app.

4b is a truly unique experience in today’s divisive and polarized world where most of us only get information from one side of the ideological spectrum. I especially appreciate the comments section and the ability to converse with others, regardless of their point of view.

I was pleasantly surprised by all of the content on this platform! Both sides of the opinion are presented objectively and cite helpful sources to defend their points.

I love Ponderly. It’s easy to use and formatted perfectly. The subjects are mentally stimulating and very fun to read. Thank you 4b for bringing me these awesome view points.

Ponderly is replete with interesting articles, opposing viewpoints backed with links, and NO HATE. Just a nice place to hear what the other side has to say.

Great app giving voices to two view points based on facts. Some controversial topics are being discussed and it is interesting to see what drives the other side of the argument.

Ponderly is formatted and organized to cater to the interest of it users, while offering different angles for a wide variety of topics.

I love that each article features two writers with opposing view points. It allows readers to form opinions with more clarity after looking at the issue from both perspectives.

The mainstream media establishment often engages in partisanship and sensationalism to attract viewers. In times of crisis, it’s especially important to stay vigilant in our search for the truth.

We often don’t feel like we have enough time in our days to really figure things out. 4b is great because it illuminates strong arguments for different sides of of a critical issue, all in a format that seems concise enough for most people to use.

The polls and comment section under the articles are also great tools for further exploration.

I love Ponderly because of its easy to use interface! It has multiple views on a topic but is similar to my lackluster one sided social media apps (where unfortunately some of my news comes from) in its simple navigability. Excited for a hopefully expanded community!

Interesting app that asks all sorts of somewhat controversial questions but gives you both sides of the coin. Not sure if my opinion would be swayed but definitely cool to read what the other side is thinking. I would hope there would be safeguards in place to discourage trolling of either side.

I downloaded Ponderly and couldn’t love it more. It has so many topics to explore, and the best part is that each article had two opposing view points. And you get to be a part of it at the end and vote on different questions. It’s educational, easy to use, and over an amazing app.

4b is always up to date with the latest breaking news and controversial topics, with a splash of fun too! I go to 4b whenever I want to get both sides of an issue in ONE place. It’s convenient and informative. Voting is one of the best features of Ponderly . Interactive and informative. Best of both worlds.

I love the ability to see two opposing viewpoints in the same space without trolling. The arguments are well thought out and I love the addition of an information box. Glad there is a news and debate app that isn’t all about polarization. I can see this really going places!

Very impressed with Ponderly! The concept is great and Ponderly itself runs smoothly. They are also frequently updating things to further improve its functioning. I am both a writer for Ponderly and a user and have had a very positive experience all around. I'd definitely recommend checking it out!

I like how Ponderly seems to be trying to tackle BOTH sides of potentially controversial topics & generate a conversation. So much of the interwebs is so toxic & polarized, I love that there’s someone out there trying to have a discussion!
