Hi,
I have been using Nüli everyday for a few days. So far I like using Nüli! I’m wondering is that possible to set up 1+ workout programs at a time, ex, two 3 days workout menus. Thx.

Nüli is great for working out. The trainers are knowledgeable and the interface is very cute. Took off one star because I wish the next workout would automatically appear, instead of having to scroll to the next one manually. I find that disrupting the flow of my excercise. Thanks!

Really LOVE the most updated version! Love the section where I can go back and see my training record. One more thing would be even better is if I could participate in multiple training programs at one time and also be able to see them on the same page without needing to switch programs on the home page. That way, I can track my progress on each program and have a holistic overview of my training results. Thank you guys! Amazing job on this current update. Looking forward to the next!

I loved that there were so many different options for workouts! The whole set up of Nüli allowed for a lot of customization to pick what worked for you! It’s also a really pretty app :)

Nüli helps me build more muscles and lose fat at the same time. Not sayin that you don’t have to do anything but the program and recipe can really help you if you’re a beginner.

I just joined Nuli for a month and it helps me to keep track on my daily exercises! The tailor-made training establishes my confidence yet imposes challenges on my body at the same time! It’s the best supervisor that I ever have!

My new favorite workout app! I love how Nuli has a workout plan for all levels. My favorite part of Nüli is the quick tutorials that are included in each exercise. I’m new to a lot of these strength training exercises and I feel like they are so easy to follow. You can also easily track your process. Customer service is quick to respond and so kind! Thank you Nuli for helping me feel more confident and stronger each day! 💪🏻

I live the workout, it is customized based on your personal need. It is easy to follow. The cost os actually quite reasonable, comparing to the cost of a gym membership. You can do that at home too!

I can’t stress more about how much this app helped to navigate my workout plan. I’ve always told my friends this is an investment to your own health, which is the most important thing to a human, especially in this stressful time. Just follow the workout plan. Don’t ever think too much about it. Do it and get stronger!

I’ve used this app app for 3 years. I’d used several body building app before but none of them could compare with this app. this app constantly makes thoughtful changes, renews workout programs, updates blog with useful and encouraging content. It is not just an app, but a community - where I feel belonged to and warm. Super recommendable!

This is a great app! The aesthetics and usability of Nüli are so smooth. You can choose which program to follow based on experience and strength which I love. You can also try healthy recipes with all the nutrition facts available. Each adaptable workout allows for enough rest time, but are also challenging. Check it out for yourself!

I’ve been using Nüli for my fit was journey. I was very new to weight lifting but I love Nüli can tailor to your fitness level and goals. The instructional videos are a gem, providing a clear and correct way to perform each exercise, ensuring I get the most of my workout. Nüli is relatively budget friendly and it’s an alternative to hiring a personal trainer which could be more expensive.

I have been using this app App since it launched, really like it and will keep using it. It rarely you keep your exercise record. And love the four girls, they really give us a positive influence on exercising and building our body, I will definitely highly recommend it. What’s more, they also keep improving the user experience, it’s like we’re kind of growing together! I will continue using It and support it!

By Nüli, I can track how much workout I did per week and all history, also know where I exercised for my body. If you want to be home, use the home workout program - want to be at gym, use the gym one! The options there are too many, love it! In addition, since I use Nüli , I did lose weight a lot and even keep my shape in the great way! Do it and keep going, you will see the result! Thanks this app ❤️
