Controls lag, have to repeatedly push buttons to navigate through menu or up and down volume , biggest down fall is if your tv is powered off it won’t turn it on and that’s a bummer... doesn’t connect most of the time deleting this and going to find a new one

I downloaded this app because my remote wasn’t functioning. In order to set this app up you have all this navigation to do in the settings in order for it to link. If I was able to do all of that, I wouldn’t need this app.

Definitely not free. Asked for credit card info and said I would not be charged. So I entered card info and thank god it was a cash app card. Tried to charge me $2 when it says $1.95 is for upgrades. Straight SCAM!!! Jokes on you because I had no money on that card.
