My wife and I had breakfast at the Bob Evans Restaurant number 61 in Beckley, West Virginia today. We both were extremely disappointed with the meals that we had. After seating it was ten minutes before our drink order was taken, another ten minutes before we received our drinks (coffee which was just luke warm) and our meal order was taken, and a whopping 40 minutes before we received our food. When we got our food it was cold. Our meals came with bacon which we had to send back because it was only half cooked. Neither my wife or I like to eat almost raw bacon. Thee food was far below minimum quality standards. We will not be going back to that restaurant again. In my opinion, the management does not care about the customer experience, therefore the kitchen staff does not and will not put out good quality food.

DO YOU CARE ??!!! I have been a loyal customer at the Toledo Monroe St. Store , and I am so fed up with the poor management at that store. You have an excellent waiting staff but your kitchen is very poor and it appears that the managers are not capable at solving the issues. I might at it also appears that corporate is very attuned to the stores just as a critical example as how difficult it is to contact you. I am about to give up several of my friends already have abandoned you and I can’t help but to think social media has been so quiet about your issues. Takes forever to get seated and your correct order. There are other problems but to tell you the truth I have little faith that these two issues will be addressed. Bob would be turning over in his grave if he saw what is going on now.

Double Charging is Common

This app is ridiculous! Our family was gathering our order when the app exited out randomly before ever submitting the order or payment. We opened it back up and the order was gone so we added our order to the cart then hit submit. Upon arriving to the restaurant, we found out we were double-charged, and there were two orders ready for us. Thankfully, the manager and employees were kind enough to work with us and figure it out. We got our refund for one of the orders but now there was an entire bag of food wasted because they couldn't use it. What a shame! Anyway, turns out this kind of thing happens all the time with the app. The manager and employees weren't surprised by this situation. Great job on creating an app for stealing people's money. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!!!

Bad service on Easter dinner

I ordered the Easter feast for 6 people Had the thanking giving one left out the ham but tasted good . I live 32 miles from Evansville got my package and left . Got home didn’t leave out one thing but they left out FOUR things. Ham, corn, rolls and relish. Four how can you leave four things out . Called them and all they said was sorry come back and get them . I told them I lived 32 miles away no answer from them . My daughter lives in Evansville will pick up but didn’t offer anything back and when I ordered gave a nice tip . Now I now why I west side closed down . Not very happy bob Evans . Probably will not get a response from them .

Dysfunctional app

App never allows you to reorder your favorites though that is supposed to be a convenience feature. EVERY SINGLE TIME it gives a banner that pops up after favorites added to cart indicating merchant has made changes and items have to be re-ordered from scratch. And it’s always EVERY item. So i have to remove them all from my cart one at a time and start over. And neither the selection options nor the price has been changed so appears to be a glitch in app.
