A bit of a scam

I was forced to sign up in order to use a COVID test. Now I am trying to cancel the subscription but can not find any thing on app or website to cancel or a phone number to call for customer service. The app did work admirably in using it to analyze the COVID test results but I don’t need or want to continue to use the app. It should not be this difficult.
It won’t even open

I downloaded and deleted the app several times over and whenever I pressed on it to open it the app never opened and I was just redirected to my phone Home Screen. Disappointed because saw a great add for it online and was excited to try it
Why do I need an account immediately

Apps that ask for a login immediately are basically asking for your private data immediately. I can’t see anything about the app, how to use it, or if it’s worth using for me. Waste of time.
