No basic functionality

This app doesn’t allow you to use your rewards number nor allow you to pay for gas with Apple Pay. Rather pointless! I installed this back when Covid19 started expecting that the Apple Pay would come at some point as the app says. Almost a year later, still waiting for basic functionality that many other gas stations already have with their apps and rewards.
Since I don’t want to carry around a lot of rewards cards, they are only on my phone. So worse yet I get no rewards if I buy gas at Irving as the app doesn’t support the rewards at all.
Horrendous — Avoid Like The Plague!!!

Tried to sign up for Irving Pay and they asked for my SNN and Driver's License number. Okay, never had to do that with any other app. I went ahead and also added my checking account. But I still couldn't pay at the pump with the app. Called customer service and spent an hour on the phone and was told I was verified, all set, and ready to go. Nope. Same issue. Irving Pay not set up.
AVOID!!!
Can’t register an account

I got my card at a gas station that I’m a regular of and was told to register with the app. So I downloaded it and it won’t let me type the number on my card in the “registration number” box. you can’t backspace, you can’t type anything, it’s awful. there is NO “help” button either. there is no way to register a physical card with this app.
