Very disappointed

The trainer is great as in being knowledgeable of her trade, she is professional and her workouts are challenging. I followed this for a year but the problem began after her team that runs PRETTYMUSCLES (PLANKK) automatically took my yearly payment out (which I knew would happen). Ok What I didn’t know would happen was that I can no longer get on PRETTYMUSCLES . I recently updated my phone and my iPad and when I did that for some reason I cannot get back on PRETTYMUSCLES . I have been in contact with plank (which is also impossible to do) there is no phone number to call. They did respond (days later) to an email asking for a screen shot of my payment which I sent them. When I didn’t hear back from them after that I reached out to them again and they responded that they never received that email of the screenshot payment. I feel as though they’re playing games with me so I refused the payment on my credit card and I am in the process of trying to deal with that. I’m very disappointed because like I said I enjoyed following her. I even reached out to her and her response was to get in touch with plankk!.......HOW????

Wanted to give it better reviews

I’m not sure if it’s me or PRETTYMUSCLES . I lOVE Erin and her book so much that I decided to jump in and get the yearly membership after reading the reviews. I did day one workout. It was great! But I feel like what is missing is the library of workouts I expected to see. I was hoping I could go in and choose the length of workout as well as body part. ( just upper or arms... or just legs if I wanted) I don’t always have time for a longer workout and sometimes only have time to do 20 min or split up my day by doing 2 workouts different times in one day. I am only finding the games you can do ( not interested) and the daily workout she has created for you to follow without me shortening it.
The other issue I am having is for some reason the sound would play for a few seconds and then go dead.... so her instructions would be cut short. I am upset I jumped in and paid for an annual membership based solely on what I thought I was getting instead of trying it out for one month. Now I’m stuck paying for it. Completely disappointed

Love the workout, don’t love the tech

I’ve been doing PRETTYMUSCLES for about 4 months and have had great results. The workouts and variety keep me engaged. They’re challenging but doable and I’m getting a lot stronger and have dropped 20 pounds.
However, I’ve never loved the navigation throughout the workouts and how you have to tap to proceed between each exercise. With the newest update, you now have to tap twice to progress to the next exercise and to start the timers. I inevitably forget to tap to start the timer and realize later I’ve been doing something endlessly. I was hoping PRETTYMUSCLES would eventually offer an option with zero tap-throughs where you can just let the workout “play” without having to tap at all. This update is a step backwards from that. It can really be annoying to be, say, in a plank, have to tap to get to it, tap the timer, then tap twice again when it’s time to start pushups. I’ll keep doing these workouts but would really love to see some optimization of PRETTYMUSCLES .

Fun workouts that change every day!

This is the best workout app! For years I had Beachbody on Demand because I thought that had a good variety of workouts, but I just found them to be too specific and it became a grind to hit play every day or think “just do this workout for x days and my life will be better!”

It took me a year to finally download PRETTYMUSCLES and I’m sorry I waited. While I don’t follow her extensive meal plans to a t (though I love all the new recipe ideas) I have lost over 15 pounds since December, and that included enjoying all the holiday meals and traditions. I’m stronger than ever, I finally have arm definition that lacked with other programs and the strength of my legs is incredible.

The workouts are easy and I look forward to pushing play every day. Today I thought that I really didn’t feel like doing three circuits of exercises and sure enough, I pushed play and she has changed it up once again to multiple tabatas for today instead of the three circuits. I’m excited to get started.

Also her challenges are so fun and motivating! I just finished the New Year one and can’t wait for the next. She put in her card games for some of the days and those were so simple but KILLER! I will say when I started, some workouts took me upwards of 45 minutes. Just be mindful of this if you’re trying to squeeze it in before work or other plans.

The Most Effective Fun!

I have been using PRETTYMUSCLES for almost two months and am already starting to see a nice difference in my body. I originally got it to supplement my runs but have been enjoying it so much that my runs now supplement it. My level of fitness has increased so much that I run less but can go farther and faster than I did before. It definitely beats workout DVDs I’ve used in the past because it’s something different every day. I still wake up sore many days because she’s working different parts instead of the same things over and over. It’s definitely a total body workout, and with consistency, it shows! Love PRETTYMUSCLES so much. Yes, a few bugs here and there but it’s totally worth it! PLUS, the meal plans and recipes are equally amazing and helps so much with meal planning and getting that extra layer of “stuffing” off so I can see my pretty muscles :)

Great Investment!

I love Pretty Muscles and here’s why. I do not have to even think or plan my workouts every morning. Erin does that for you. She is highly motivational, happy, and energetic. Erin talks during the movements to instruct and even provide common corrections with the exercises. And my most favorite thing is I’ve done over 200 workouts since I’ve had PRETTYMUSCLES over a year ago and I have not once repeated a workout. So there is great relief for me, especially when it’s been a brutal workout, that I don’t have to do it again! I love the variety! And I’ve seen great results in weight loss and muscle tone combined with eating healthy. She even has recipes and a meal plan that works for many! The price is completely worth it for a year considering a gym membership can run that much in 1-2 months! I am so thankful to have found Erin and Pretty Muscles. I love having direction!

100% Worth It!

You will not be sorry purchasing PRETTYMUSCLES. I have been looking for a workout app for a long time that laid out my workouts everyday without having to scroll through a bunch of options deciding what to do. This is exactly that! Not to mention you can’t beat the price! All I have to do is complete a work out and it advances to the next day so when I get up to work out in the morning I just hit start and get going. These are strength workouts with two built in cardio days where you choose your own thing and one rest day. I regularly went to a gym that specialized in boot camp for ten years. I hated working out out home and just wouldn’t follow through with it. As the atmosphere at my gym was changing, I was looking for something new. I ran across someone mentioning PRETTYMUSCLES in a Facebook group I follow. So I started following Erin Oprea on Instagram. She is such a positive and motivating person and that alone had me intrigued. Go follow her now! I joined a challenge she was having and never looked back. I LOVE PRETTYMUSCLES and I now LOVE working out at home and couldn’t imagine anything different. Can you do these workouts at a gym? Absolutely! There is also a nutrition tab where you can either follow meal plans or scroll through recipes. She has vegetarian options as well if you need that. Erin also has two books out I have read that are so educational. The 4x4 Diet and The Power Plate Diet. She educates you on lifestyle change, not dieting so don’t let the titles fool you. There’s a community tab as well where app members encourage each other. One of the members recently reached out to me through Facebook messenger and now four of us have formed our own little group chat. We live all over and I feel like these ladies are my friends. I have the accountability and encouragement. This has been a complete game changer for me for the better and I couldn’t be happier! Don’t hesitate if you are thinking about it. There’s a month to month purchase option as well as annual. Didn’t take me long to switch to the annual!

Excellent app for pregnancy!!!

I have been a follower of Erin Oprea and her book 4x4 Diet for a year and a half when I got pregnant. I found out I was pregnant around the time she released her app. Since week 10 into pregnancy I have been faithfully following her workouts and have seen wonderful results (now at week 23). Not only am I getting stronger, but I feel amazing. The workouts are easily modifiable to cater to individual comfort level. She offers modifications and a library of supplemental moves to replace ones difficult for pregnancy. I have consulted with my doctor regarding approved and non-approved moves, so it’s easy to look up in the library and replace anything with a different activity that targets the same muscle group. I highly recommend the Pretty Muscles app for pregnancy and I will continue postpartum. Another bonus- you can be home to use the bathroom and go at your own pace/take breaks! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just what I was looking for!

Awesome for those that aren’t interested in following a video and much more affordable than other fitness apps by celebrity trainers. I had been exploring apps for months and jumped on the deal when PRETTYMUSCLES was released. I’d been following Erin Oprea for years on Instagram and figured I’d give it a shot. I have not been disappointed. The workouts are pre-planned and vary everyday. There are voice guides, and video clips of the moves to know correct form. You can preview the full workout, mark moves as Favorites, and build your own workout (I think...I haven’t used that feature since the daily workouts have been so great). I also love that the daily workouts are just numbered. So if you need an extra rest day or life gets in the way of a workout, you just pick up where you left off. It acts like a tally-counter of workouts. I’ve been so impressed especially with the updates to work out the kinks so quickly after its release.

Best workout app yet!

I’ve been following Erin on Instagram for over a years and am motivated by her daily encouragement and fun workouts. I’ve tried multiple workout apps and subscriptions in the past. They all have pros and cons, but PRETTYMUSCLES is everything! It’s simple in the fact that you only need a few pieces of equipment and the moves are not complicated, but nit quite as simple when you complete full workouts. Erin has provided a wide range of exercises with explanations and video so you know exactly what to do. Plus, each exercise has a modification so you can workout at your own pace. I’ve only completed one workout so far, but I am excited to continue building pretty muscles with Erin and see what else this amazing app has in store!

Oh, and, if the price is a stumbling block for you think about this. An entire year subscription is the same price as a single workout with a personal trainer. Don’t hesitate- jump on board, you won’t regret it!

Time Efficient Workouts for Longer, leaner muscles

I’m on day 310 of the pretty muscles app and have watched my body transform. PRETTYMUSCLES is easy to operate, has a great layout, and can be used from anywhere. I initially downloaded PRETTYMUSCLES when I was traveling a lot for work and working out in hotel gyms. The pandemic hit and my driveway with my Erin Oprea app became my workout oasis. I used to be an avid gym goer - paying $170+ per month for bootcamp gyms, yoga, barre, cycling, or kickboxing classes. I’ve truly been to every gym in my city and tried every kind of workout. My body has transformed the most by working out with Erin Oprea in my driveway (not to mention, I have a great tan). I haven’t been in a gym since I became consistent with her app workouts.

I encourage everyone to give PRETTYMUSCLES a try. Use every part of it - the workouts, the games, the playlists, and the recipes.

If you need alternatives to certain moves, she has them in PRETTYMUSCLES . I’ve had reconstructive knee surgery and neck/back sensitivity - I do some of the alternative moves and have achieved great results. I’m proud again to wear a tank top with my arms, I receive compliments on my legs frequently, and I’m no longer tentative to throw on a swimsuit! Even my doctor commented on how fit I am - and I’ve accomplished it all through using her app in the driveway or my living room.

Content great, few bugs to work out

I am a few days into using PRETTYMUSCLES and the content is really great and I am getting an awesome workout each time. I love that you can make each set as hard or easy as you want and for the majority of the sets you can go at a pace comfortable to you. Some things that would make PRETTYMUSCLES better strictly technologically speaking are things like starting your workout and having an optional automatic mode that after a certain amount of elapsed time will automatically move onto the next workout (maybe a small countdown area on each set). I find it just a little inconvenient to have to go over to PRETTYMUSCLES every time and click to move onto the next workout. I’ve had some issues moving out of PRETTYMUSCLES to change a song and the workout restarting on me, not a big deal to me because I can easily click through to get back to where I was but might be for others. I’ve also had trouble within the profile settings - being able to add in information and save it or go back to the setting page from there. The back arrow and check mark to save what I’ve input has a bug and is super high up so you can’t actually click either button. Excited for more content to be added and would love a section dedicated to legs, we are all striving for those Carrie Underwood / Kacey Musgraves gams.

Fun workout that also challenge you!

I used to hate working out especially with weights. I knew it’s good for me to build muscle but I was never interested or enjoyed it. Because I had no clue what to do and where to start.
PRETTYMUSCLES solved all of my problems and even more. My day 1 was difficult. Even doing warm up made me winded and need to slow down. She explains how to move and where to pay attention in each move, and whole program is already there for me. So I don’t need to wonder which part of my body I should workout the day.
Her positive energy! That’s what I like the most. She will get you through tough workout😊 I did multiple challenges (it’s extra $ but definitely worth it.), it was challenging but fun. With PRETTYMUSCLES, you get workout plan for the day is made for you already, has healthy meal ideas and plans, and Workout games as well.
Now I know I am stronger than day 1, physically and mentally.

Amazing app for even the extreme beginner!

PRETTYMUSCLES is truly amazing! Erin makes working out fun and her humor thrown in makes it even more delightful (“Don’t forget to smile”). My fitness level is extreme extreme extreme beginner! During day 1 I felt like I was going to die just trying to complete the warm-ups. It took me a little longer and I definitely had to use the modifications on PRETTYMUSCLES but I was able to power through it. I just completed Day 5 and I can already feel an increase in my energy level throughout the day and my flexibility. Once I’ve completed the days workout I feel like I’ve accomplished a huge feat and my motivation level for other tasks of life increases too! I am tired and sore in muscles that I didn’t even know existed! But it’s a good tired and sore. I LOVE the ease of PRETTYMUSCLES . Turn on Erin’s playlist and press start for the day...that’s all the prep work needed. The circuits are not repetitive and each day has been something completely new. I wake up looking forward to the days exercise which is something I never thought I would say! Thank you so much Erin!

A Must Have App!!!!

I’ve followed Erin for a while now and always loved the mini workouts she would post and all her positivity. Well her app has everything there for you in one place. The work outs are amazing and really for every level. There are modifications for certain exercises and recommendations on how to challenge yourself further. It’s really easy to follow and she gives such clear directions as she models each move. I’ve always worked out, but noticed significant differences in my body since using PRETTYMUSCLES when it first launched in January. I am stronger, lost some weight, and noticed a big difference in not only the way I feel over all, but also the way my clothes fit. PRETTYMUSCLES even has a whole meal program and yummy recipes all built in. You can’t go wrong. You should get PRETTYMUSCLES and follow her on Instagram. She has responded back to me answering several questions I had. You will not be disappointed. If I could give it more than five stars I would! I LOVE PRETTYMUSCLES and Erin for wanting everyone to be the best they can be.

I just want to write a review because PRETTYMUSCLES is incredible. The person that developed PRETTYMUSCLES has dedicated everything to PRETTYMUSCLES. I do not know Erin, but I have seen the changes she has made in so many lives. Seriously, she just loves helping people achieve their health fitness goals. If you do not believe me, follow her on Instagram and you will see her joy for helping others. Some people might think PRETTYMUSCLES should be free but that is the wrong way to think. Erin is an entrepreneur and a person that truly wants to help others. She is sharing her knowledge with the world at such a cheap price. If you were to get a personal training session with her for an hour, if would be the cost of the annual fee. She is giving us the same experience at an affordable price. I don’t have a lot of money and PRETTYMUSCLES is giving me the chance to train with the best.

We should be thanking her for being willing to create an app that everyone can afford it. I am completely excited that she would create this affordable app. I know there are numerous free apps on the apple store and I have tried most of them. But PRETTYMUSCLES is worth every penny. I asked for PRETTYMUSCLES as my Christmas gift because of how much Erin loves helping others. I wanted PRETTYMUSCLES solely for the fact she cares about people being healthy. I was completely shocked at how affordable it is for an annual subscription. Please do not let other people’s review discourage you from paying for this annual subscription. I am telling you that you are getting a personal training session with Erin at a fraction of the cost. You do the work, follow her plan, and you will reach your goals. Erin is giving you the workouts she would use. Please help me support an entrepreneur achieve her goals as we achieve our goals. It really is a win-win.

Erin is the best!!

As a stay at home mom with 5 kids (ages 18-4 & babysitting a 5 month old) I need something that I can do from home. I started with her 6 week challenge on Jan 4th and I’m still going with the workouts! I love them-they are challenging and some of the exercises I still struggle with or have to modify.....but baby steps right!! She makes it so fun and they go pretty quick-I’m not one that wants to spend an hour working out. I want something quick, easy and effective! Let’s face it, this pandemic has been a struggle for all and having kids on hybrid model, distant learning and back and forth it’s been a struggle to juggle it-these workouts allow some time for me & being in my 40’s I’m enjoying the strength training, feeling accomplished after each workout!
We moved Sept of 19 for my husbands new job, it was very hard on the kids and I was so worried, as the mom, making sure they were ok & getting them through it, getting my husband through it that I didn’t take time for myself. I’ve struggled with the motivation to workout and take care of myself since then. For me these workouts have done the trick! Thank you Erin!

Day 30 and loving it!

I enjoy working out but have always been extremely self conscious about training in a group setting and PRETTYMUSCLES allows me to workout from the comfort of my own home with minimal equipment. Love that Erin takes you through each step of your workout with highly motivating and fun commentary, talking you through proper form and most of all providing you with the positive words that encourage you to never quit! Love that during my workout I never have to remember what is coming next and it methodically takes you through your circuits or tabatas. The community aspect and posting allows for a positive and supportive environment. Only suggestion is I wish that the community factor allowed notifications to you when someone respond to comments or likes them to create more communication between the community. To my knowledge app is unable to notify me if another participant is commenting on a post. I’d also love to see some incorporation of workouts to some of Erin’s workout play lists. Erin makes working out a game with fantastic results...you are having so much fun you forget how many pushups or squats you’ve actually done! Thank you Erin for sharing your positive enthusiasm for being healthy and for an awesome app that continues to get better every time I use it!

Absolutely love it!

I’ve been following Erin for a while on instagram and finally caved and bought PRETTYMUSCLES . So worth it! I usually work out at home. I love that this is a steady routine. I don’t have to think about it. PRETTYMUSCLES pushes me to do more and do it more consistently. I look forward to doing it everyday and never get bored. There are a few small pieces of equipment that you need but most you probably have already. I happened to have everything. I’m so happy I started this and am starting to see changes already after two weeks. The only complaint I have and it’s really more of a preference is with the meal planning. Either you follow the set meals or you can make up your own plan using their meals. I hate that when you look through meals to make a plan it’s just one long list. I wish the meals were divided into breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks. The meals that are suggested are really good and easy to make. I just wish they were easier to navigate. I would highly recommend PRETTYMUSCLES and it’s definitely cheaper than a gym membership. I’ve only been doing Erin’s original workout plan. There are so many more available I haven’t even checked out yet. Still worth the money if I only ever just used the one workout plan!

Motivating, Fun, & Encouraging

I’ve never taken the time to write a review before, but I just had to write this one. Day 1 of Erin Oprea Pretty Muscles app workout is officially completed. 🎉 Wow! I practically died in the warm up. 😂 This is going to kill me in the best way possible. I feel tired, but so very accomplished. This is how you start a new year! 💪🏻 I loved her positive, yet funny encouraging comments throughout the videos. And I really liked how she changes it up every 30 to 60 seconds so you don’t get bored. If you haven’t signed up yet, then what are you waiting for? It’s such a great app, and so easy to follow along. Only $50 for the whole year (if you join by Sunday). That’s $0.14 cents a day. That’s a steal! I mean, come on. That’s cheaper than a yearly membership to Planet Fitness. Plus we are getting a fabulous celebrity trainer. Thank you, Erin! I can’t wait to see where my 2020 health and fitness journey takes me. 💕
