Personally, I think this app is a gross violation of my states one party consent laws. It would make me extremely uncomfortable if someone came into my home to perform work meanwhile they were covertly recording our entire conversation. The only reason I use this app is because my job requires me to do so and I would never recommend someone else use it. Also, the AI is wildly inaccurate and misses things constantly, so I don’t even feel like the supposed benefits of the app are worth violating our customers privacy.

Great training app for your guys. Perfect for managers that love running service calls with their guys but can stop taking over the call…. No disrespect we all do because we don’t want to loose the job. However we need to coach and watch. They deserve a chance to correct themselves. It’s great that you can give them a goal for the day and check up on the action throughout the day. You can leave comments at moments of the job that was a pinnacle moment to change the tender of the call. You can leave great, encouraging comments, and also create recorded clips for the rest of the team to hear and be a part of great practice.

This is a game changing product. The individuals who have taken it to heart and are using it religiously here in my company have grown by leaps and bounds. Most of them have double their sales and are more confident speaking with our clientele. We have been changing, our outcome with this product for the past eight months to a year and the ability to ride with our technicians without having to ride with them is outstanding. If you’re not on the train, you’re gonna get passed by. Rilla is the future!
