okay so the prices are completely ridiculous considering the fact that when you change something on a video you want to make, you have to pay for it again. If we paid for the same animated video but wanted to re-Edit it.. why do we have to pay again if we already paid for it. I think it’s so disappointing. Money doesn’t grow on trees. Don’t get me wrong I do understand you have to get your money’s worth but a this point it just feels like you guys are another money hungry app. For other users if you like to spend money this is the app for you. Everything else about the app was genuinely good. The only problem I had was the prices.

I pay a subscription for this. It’s generally helpful. But about 20% of the time, Renderforest will get stuck while rendering a video for a very, very long time. Of course this is generally when I’m on a schedule to get things done. I’ve literally waited almost 2 hours to render a 30 second video before. This time I’ve been waiting half an hour to render a 1 minute 15 second clip and it still says it’s “in queue”. Why do I pay these people??! It’s really not at all acceptable when you consider what they charge for this service.

This app is super buggy and unrefined. The quality is not that good, there are massive watermarks on every template, and the Apple Music doesn’t work. When I want to select a song for Apple Music it opens up this buggy version of Apple Music which doesn’t work. It doesn’t let you look up songs and if you look up a song in you Apple Music it won’t come up. The only thing is let’s you see are playlist which even then don’t work. It takes you to the playlist with the photo and name but no songs are shown. It doesn’t even let you select anything. Overall why do they expect anyone to pay for an app that is so buggy and low quality? They also need to fix the music uploading process because that’s my biggest problem.
