Reporting abandoned Link scooter
My card was fraudulently used twice on 12/1-2022 at 1024. I have not used your services, nor even know where your services are.
I purchased a ride I didn't receive your company took money out my account before I could activate the scooter. Three weeks ago. I still haven't received my money back to my account. BBB is now involved. The purchase was made the middle of August.
Last night I saw a link scooter scanned in and began to ride. When I got to my destination after about 8 minutes the scooter would turn off and it wouldn't let me sign out. So I tried calling the link scooter/ superpedestrian customer service line and I couldn't reach a person, so I called my bank to stop payment because at this point I was at my destination for about 20 mins. I'm sending this because I was charged 20 for a 8 minute ride and I did not choose to pay 20. I've used these scooters many times and have never had this problem.
Can you send my 5$ refund to that card back. I did not use the Scooter at all because its not my visa & they did not approve me using it & i dont want to get in trouble so im using a different card instead😊👍

On September 13th 2001 I downloaded your app for the link scooters. I did not know that you can only operate one link scooter at a time. I usually don't go scootering alone so I'd like a full refund of my money that was taken off of debit card number 4427-4342-4020-0319. I would like a full refund sent to card number 5143-7725-5638-0575-575. The name on both cards are the same. Rocky l. Perez. Please get at me as soon as possible and please send the refund to the card number stated above thank you.
This scooter was on riding without my promisesion
I recently used your service a friend mentioned how. Heap it was and left out the facts of the seattle assistance program so I just applied after my first use and before my second use...when I am approved is there any way to get a price adjustment on my visa for both rides or at least the time after applying? I only get 197$ month from dshs until social security goes through...if not second choice would be equal credit on my account...please it would help me alot. Thank you, Michael Hanewinckel (530)768-3355
I had a ride yesterday when you guys held $10. For that ride at the beginning as usual, the thing is after the ride was done I was charged the $3.31 which was the right amount for my ride, but the $10. Hold was never released back into my account, how long it will take this time, usually the held amount is released at the same day, like a hour or so after the end of the ride

I was kind of excited these scooters had appeared in my town. Rented one and took off. Got about a block and it shut down. I was going down hill so I just coasted for quite a ways. Thought it was a glitch so went to end the ride and was going to start a new ride. Nope! Can’t end the ride! It tells me I’m outside of the travel zone. Really?!?
Worse, it continues charging me and insisting that I need to push the scooter way back up the hill. I don’t work for Link and I’m not pushing their scooter anywhere.
Later found out they’ve arbitrarily set their zone to cover certain residential neighborhoods but not others. That would’ve been a pretty important fact to emphasize PRIOR to rental. I picked it up in one residential neighborhood and was simply riding over to another. Since I couldn’t end the ride I’ve been ripped off on the amount charged. Well, they got my money but never again. Deleted the app. Done.

I just started a new job in the skid row area. So this morning for the first time I decided to upload the link app and ride a link scooter to work. I enjoyed the ride very much. I am impressed how well the Link scooter handles. It’s very sturdy, quick on take off and gives a very smooth ride. But sadly that’s where my good review
ends.
Like I said I wanted to ride the scooter to work but when I did I could not END the ride. Because I was in The Purple Zone. So I had to ride a half a mile away from my job in order to park it and END my ride. Then I walked a mile back, late for work. A waste of time.
I’m from New York City. So I have seen my share of bad neighborhoods. I know people are scared to enter skid row to pick up the scooters. And it has something to do with discrimination against poor neighborhoods. A lot of zoning laws are going on here. I’m sorry to say I will not be riding Link scooters no more.

My friend and I tried to rent these link scooters in Seattle. It kept saying there was an error and would direct me back to the Home Screen where it said “scan to ride”. My friends had her take a safety quiz and opened up a screen verifying different things before the ride. Her app would get stuck on the last one. Since we experienced trouble with the apps and it never confirmed a ride we ended up ditching the scooters since it didn’t show we were actively riding. 45 minutes later I get a charge on my account. When I call customer service the lady asks me why I didn’t end the ride. I told her my app didn’t give me the option as it was on the screen to start a ride. She said I should have called right then and there. Why would I need to call if it never gave me confirmation that a ride had begun??? I’m still waiting for a refund. Stick with Lime in my opinion.
