- The new version of the app is much better, responsive, and reliable.
- The activation process can be done easily at one of the activation stations available in Amman.
- The app allows users to see all their information (land, cars, etc.) in one click.
- The app provides a centralized platform for all government-related services.
This is a poorly designed app, just a reflection of how the government is handling everything, including the pandemic. Not only a lengthy registration process but also it ironically fails at step 4. After over an hour with several failed attempts, I had to use my brother’s phone number with which I had luck. SanadJoسند crashes every now and then. You can’t download or share the vaccination certificate. SanadJoسند lacks a basic memory system to recognize you the next time you access it. Instead, you need to go through the credentials again. Just waste of time.
I can log in using the credentials I got on the website, however once I click on any of the ministries it keeps loading endlessly without ever opening a page to be able to proceed.
I had Sanad before and now I cannot use it because I cannot update due to having iOS 12.5

The government must make sure SanadJoسند they are forcing upon their citizens is functional before issuing a defense order that won’t allow entry to places without this application!! Shameful!!!!
The developers need to do something to increase the performance of SanadJoسند, it goes on a long coma after taking the selfie and can’t go any further.

Such an annoying app, it takes forever to register and to take a selfie and I ended up not finished with the registration, you need to make the process easier if you want people to register and use SanadJoسند
The phone number box is gone therefore I can’t register myself to the application through the medical certificate option /I’m not Jordanian /
It’s stupid it doesn’t take my national ID I can’t make an account at all it’s been months still can’t make one
Terrible application, doesn’t work most of the time, and when/if it does, it’s slow, invades privacy, isn’t accurate, most of the functions do not work or are suspended…
Unfortunately we are forced to use it
I advice the technical team to go and learn from our neighbors in KSA how to create functional app that is working for all. It was unable to recognize picture for 10 times and then froze on Phone number and email. What a waste of time.

In addition it doesn’t have an option for non Jordanian (residents) to register while they are asked to show up SanadJoسند !!!!
The is the most Ridiculous app I have ever seen, nothing works. I can’t sign in even after following the whole instructions, the face photo Recognition doesn’t work. I have tried scanning my face 15 times, and still it’s not working. My final suggestion would be don’t download SanadJoسند , it’s useless!!
I was very hopeful when I read and downloaded SanadJoسند just to find out that it doesn’t work.
I tried logging with my credentials which I created on the e-Government website I get a message saying wrong user name or password
Tried to reset the password, I never received anything to do so
I tried creating a new account and it just doesn’t connect and I get a message saying communication error, try later
This is sad!!
It’s nice to have everything under one umbrella. Question persists: it’s not practical to punch the ID no. and the password each time in access it’s difficult for each age specially the elderly. Could we keep it easy access and have the information stored in the welcoming window without the above hassle??!!! Thank you.
Better than old version but still need more work like enhance the animation and please support the 120 hz for iphone 13 pro's users to get more fluidty when using SanadJoسند that will make it better.
SanadJoسند is now much better, responsive and reliable. Activation is still not perfect but works. I also used one of the activation stations available in Amman and it was pretty straight forward. The employee in the bank was a professional persons hired by the ministry who managed to activate my digital identity rather easily. The process involved using my national ID and yes, for the first time my fingerprint and it worked rather well. Great work, I managed to see all my stuff (land, cars etc…) in one click after that. I tied SanadJoسند to my Apple FaceID and it works very well. 👍
Edit: the problem was fixed by the new update
SanadJoسند doesn’t require to use the camera when trying to scan the ID, it only says that you need to allow it to use the camera, but it can’t be found on the settings or even under the camera privacy settings

تطبيق سيء ولا يعمل بشكل سليم
كيف تسمح الحكومه ان يكون عندها تطبيق فاشل مثل هذا

فتحت التطبيق بدي اطلع نتيجة فحص كورونا لقيت انو التطبيق معلق على فحص قبل اسبوع ونا فاحص مبارح وما بينت عندي عالتطبيق لهسا فبتمنى تلاقو حل
في حال نسيان كلمه السر ماهي طريقه الاسترجاع لا يوجد هذا الخيار على التطبيق ولا حتى مذكور طريقه الحل وعند اي عمليه تحديث يتم الخروج تلقائيا

Birthday entry too complicated.
Entry fields should be bigger
Lot of UX issues: 1- For field that will take only number should open number keyboard only. 2- Birthday field, need 3 clicks to fill the data this is too much, also its show years above 2020!! 3- The 3rd step (sms/email) verification messages, when try to see them and back to app to fill them, all the information in previous steps disappear and will take the user to login screen!!!.... if the user face these in first time they try to use SanadJoسند , what about for inners screens?!!

An app with great ambitions for an eGovernment when Jordanian citizens were instrumental to almost all eGov programs in Région, but jordan eGovernment is so bad.

تصورت قريب ال١٠٠ صورة بنفس شكلي بالهوية وبعدة اماكن فيها اضاءة وبدون ولم يقبلها وأهدر وقتي
ارجو تطويره والعمل الجاد عليه
ممكن ادراج خاصية ادخال صورة جاهزة بدلاً من تعذيب المواطن في التصوير
للتسهيل على المستخدمين للتطبيق، أقترح إضافة إمكانية الوصول لخيار " تفتيش" من داخل الهوية الصحية، بالإضافة لوجودها في الصفحة الرئيسية للتطبيق.
بذلك تسهل الوصول لسند ( أخضر أو أحمر ) على الطرفين، المستخدم و المفتش أو المسؤول عن متابعة دخول الأفراد لمختلف المنشآت والجهات.
