4 Most reported problems 😔💔
OOOH my God, What is this for god sake!!!! It keep asking to take a selfie, and if I do it will say it doesn’t match. No direct contacts, No communication, No clear directions. I hate the people who promote for this type of shit and immoral work. You had one job to do and you have done it extraordinary bad This is my worst experience with governmental apps ever. I tried Saudi app ( Ebsher) , Qatari app ( Metrash) and I have been trying to access the Jordanian apps for the last year without any luck. It the most shitty application on earth. I am Jordanian and proud of my government but I am not proud of having this shitty app. Please respect customer brains. I wish I had the authority to complain to higher levels because this is bullying and under estimation of the Jordanian people.
Terrible app

This is a poorly designed app, just a reflection of how the government is handling everything, including the pandemic. Not only a lengthy registration process but also it ironically fails at step 4. After over an hour with several failed attempts, I had to use my brother’s phone number with which I had luck. The app crashes every now and then. You can’t download or share the vaccination certificate. The app lacks a basic memory system to recognize you the next time you access it. Instead, you need to go through the credentials again. Just waste of time.
Doesn’t work

I was very hopeful when I read and downloaded this app just to find out that it doesn’t work.
I tried logging with my credentials which I created on the e-Government website I get a message saying wrong user name or password
Tried to reset the password, I never received anything to do so
I tried creating a new account and it just doesn’t connect and I get a message saying communication error, try later
This is sad!!
Poor App

The is the most Ridiculous app I have ever seen, nothing works. I can’t sign in even after following the whole instructions, the face photo Recognition doesn’t work. I have tried scanning my face 15 times, and still it’s not working. My final suggestion would be don’t download the app, it’s useless!!
