Inspiration Gone! Whatever the update is not working

I used to like this app because it gave me a lot to look forward to reading the inspiration section of the app. I also wrote a lot of my gratitude story. Then one day, none of it is working. I had to uninstall the whole app, my data was gone & nobody contacted me from support after I’ve contacted them multiple times. I am still waiting!
Audio doesn’t work

Was really excited about this app but it’s just been a month and the app audio has crapped out. Can’t hear the stories and commentaries. Worked for the first week and then nothing.
