I am an in-school tutor and we use TCP to log our hours… If it lets us. Desktop version has been great. The phone app not so much. Do you know how many things I have to do before I actually sit down at my desk? Or how many thing I do after I leave the classroom before leaving for the day? A lot. TCP is so important for me as an hourly employee, but it’s unreliable. For a week now, there has been no check in or check out button. I have no choice but to use my desktop.
Also, I read the other reviews. I’ve tried emailing the email address you gave them. It said my message was “Undeliverable” because you guys “Only accepts messages from people in its organization or on its allowed senders list“
So please, do not reply with a message that you need more information and provide an email that doesn’t work when I’ve told you everything you need to know. Please just fix it.

The concept is great. I love the idea they have on keeping it simple and everything. The problem is that it’s not simple. Half the time it’ll crash or won’t log me in so I can punch in my times, which has led me to countless of emails and calls to my employers to have them manually clock me in and out because I don’t have the time to find a computer to go onto the website. So hopefully they fix these problems before businesses find something else to use for clocking in and out. Again, this would be a fantastic app, if it didn’t have so much problems. So for those giving it a 5 star and saying they have no problems, count your blessings because I know I am not the only one with issues (and I know it’s not my phone cuz im a tech geek).

Not sure why are there are so many complaints. I’ve used TCP daily for a couple years now and it works fine. Maybe the issues people are having have to do with people using a legacy OS or device.

I use TCP for punching in and out, if it lets me. Sometimes I have to try 10 times before I can actually submit my time. Sometimes I can’t get it to work at all. Others have no problem punching in and out, but they have a different type of phone.

I can’t get one thing done on this app (clock in or out, add a note, request time off, approve times) without it disconnecting or logging me out. Extremely frustrating and needs to be fixed. It takes me at least 7 tries to complete one task on TCP . Do not recommend

The MobileClock v7 app was far better than TCP. Why fix something that wasn’t broke to begin with??? Just add the checkbox to the Hours tab on the old app and you have a functional app. Very disappointed.

TCP constantly shuts down/closes before I can accomplish anything. This has occurred when I am clocking in, clocking out, when I miss a clock out and have to enter a time manually and when I try to view my hours.
I have been clocked in for three days because I have been unable to clock out due to the glitches.
My employer will not be happy when they have to manually enter all of my hours.

This is the worst time keeping app! God forbid you login a minute or two late. Format is terrible and does not round up or down as you would expect. Modifying time is a impossible task. You or your company should not adopt this system.
