I need the app for Spear PT OT for my Mac desktop computer which I use for most things. Is there a download for me? I find the iPhone very difficult for this. I just started with the 14th St NYC location
I just started PT at Spear on 14th street NYC today When I downloaded the app it said for smart phone (only). I saw do most of my work on my Mac desktop-I find the iPhone difficult Do you have something for my computer rather than the phone?

My doctor recommended using this App for my shoulder rehab. I complete 93% of a preliminary form and the app stops and you cannot go any farther in the app. I tried reloading the app numerous times but to no avail. I sent an email to them for help, never heard back. It’s probably a blessing it does not work given the complexity of my shoulders condition, and at rehab they can monitor exact progress, pain etc.

I had been dealing with lower back pain caused by an injury weight lifting in college. I inputted all of the information about my pain and received a program tailored to me. I strengthened all of the muscles around my back injury which in turn helped it heal and strengthen. I highly recommend this app for anyone dealing with back pain as an athlete.
