There are a few annoying things on Amway like to order something on Amway it says unavailable temporarily but on the website I ordered what I wanted with in seconds. Also to add a customer they need a cell number my customer is a business not a person and I cannot change the phone number to cell ... Show more the owner does not approve of using their cell phone and since it is a tracfone with a google voice number it did not accept the number as a real phone anyway. Also there are multiple partners and they want the order placed under the business name but there’s no place to do that just a personal name.

Amway seems to say different things than the website so I don’t know which one to believe.
Just a few of the things I noticed while trying to use Amway

It’s a great update from the old app which didn’t let you go back to the list of products vs now you can if you select one from the list you can always go back and not start your search over. One thing to note that would be awesome if you could swipe from the side of the screen to go back v the arr... Show more ow at the top. Also even this review section you can’t see the text. It’s all white and no letters FYI.

So excited to have an app!

I have had a couple issues on Amway , specifically with searching for the children’s vitamins. When I go to nutrition - vitamins & supplements then filter by category “children’s health” I receive an error message and then Amway freezes and I have to shut it ... Show more down.

Also, I wish there was a place on Amway to submit this type of feedback. I couldn’t find a “help” or “customer service” like anywhere.

Lastly, I haven’t found a way to find details of my account (order history, shopping lists, etc).

Looking forward to seeing the improvements to come!

New website is amazing the only problem I have with its when you have to add a new card for payment method it glitches and you have to use your computer to update it. But otherwise great job on this new way of shopping with this app ✨

New app is easy to manage feels a bit faster at loading comparing to previous app. Only issue I had is when adding a debit card it will proceed as normal but then when attempting to add card number it shows a grey box and unable to input any number,.

This is an amazing app that makes it extremely easy to run a business from your phone app. Rather then log into the internet browser and find your link and then go through it. Amway is WAY easier and it’s an amazing app!

Amway looks stunning! Though I think it would be awesome to see the ability to “add to Ditto” and edit Ditto. It’s a bummer that I still need to visit the website to update our Ditto.
Other than that, I’m stoked for this update.

I love being able to manage my business, customer sales, ditto, and personal orders in one app. So convenient! You all are always getting better & it’s very much appreciated! :)

You can find everything you need and want to shop, by the different filter provided. You can manage your business just with a click!

A lot of great improvements have been implemented to make this the smoothest shopping experience yet as well as way of checking your business. The GUI (Graphic User Interface), UX, and UI all seem well done and planned. Thanks for always being 1st class!!

My husband and I love this app! The products are high quality and the customer service is first class. We have a peace of mind knowing the products are organic, amazing for us and impacting our family. We love sharing this app products with others!

I absolutely love how quick and easy it is to get an order placed. Also love that I don’t have to stress about it an item won’t work because the return policy is incredible. Online shopping can be overwhelming but not with this app. Thank you!

Not sure the correct way to report and issue with Amway but I can login since the last update. I get this error message “JSON Parse error: Unexpected identifier” witha string of letters and numbers after it. Nothing else happens. I click ok but the screen just stays gray and doesn’t do anything. A... Show more mway was working great beforehand.

After a few days got a response that the bug was fixed. It works great now!

Big improvement from previous app. Everything is mainly all in this one one app. Easy and simple to use anyone can learn to use it. Love how everything is organized in its place. Thank you this app Corp for keeping up with the market and tech to support us

I am an IT business analyst and I work with a lot of people in UI/UX! Amway is by far the best this app app that has been released since I’ve been in business! It’s simple everything is very easy to find and there isn’t too much information on each page. I love it keep it up!

Was able to order to a new address easier than ever. The new changes making address changes for a person on the move is really appreciated and not surprising since this company seems to always change for the better on the sites!

Amway is amazing but I do business and shopping from my tablet and this has only iPhone only mode. Sad because with all the amazing new business tools it makes the website a better tool for business tools and shopping.

Sadly can’t edit shopping lists or ditto either
