I’ve been working in my industry for well over 15 years and have become respected in my field doing much freelance work. this app was an abusive app that takes money for fake “leads” it takes advantage of freelancers and after YOU (the job seeker) pay THEM they are obligated to give you a real lead. When you recieve a bad lead (they are all bad/fake) they are supposed to refund you per their own rules. I got so many bad job leads from this app I’m convinced that none of them are real. Their “tech” support, who is probably some guy in his bedroom was absolutely HOSTILE, in a way that should have Riser banned when I reported the false leads I had. When I reported the false leads and scams on this app in a calm and professional manner - the next day I I open Riser and my this app screen says that I had been “banned” from Riser . this app is an absolute scam and Apple Store should remove these scam artists IMMEDIATELY. I was very professional dealing with them and they were like the mafia trying to wack people who got “out of line” - I hope this app is SHUT DOWN so people who are much more vulnerable are not hurt by them especially when jobs are needed and people need work.

This is a wonderful app. I have been using Riser to send estimate and invoice to my clients. I like how easy it is to set up my business and the user interface is very user friendly which comes in handy when I have to do things on the go. I also like receiving notifications when customers view or pay invoice. Overall this is a great app for any one who wants to manage their business all in one app

I was recommended to try out Riser by my friend and it is definitely a great app. I was able to get my business phone quickly and able to contact my customers, send invoices and receive payments in no time. I have been using this app for the past six months and it had been given our support team amazing tool to manage our inflow of customer requests. With Riser in each of our support staff, we can respond to customer request in real-time. Our sales staff is also started to use Riser to manage their leads.

experience is good. easy app to use. though the reminder or notification has a limit in free version. which is low thought of goong for a paid version but its too early to decide. if in case the reminders limit can be increased so that all the team mates have a hands on thr app functions.

I’ve used Riser as a new business start-up, not many phone calls going in . Weeks into the service I received a message that I needed to use the service at least once per period. Sounds good! So I placed and received a call here and there. Then I received another message to the effect of I may lose my service. So here I have... lost my service. Beware folks they say Riser is free and you all you need to do is use Riser so many times per period but I think they want you to pay.

Riser packs a lot of features i really wanted like shared inbox, tasks and invoicing customers. My partner and I are able to monitor sales staff performance, assign customers and respond collaboratively to customer support messages. Best of all, I now have automated answering machhcine that is professional and custom tailored to my business. All for free !

I’ve been getting spammed with texts, notifications and emails consistently for low quality photography leads that have not been to any work, in fact one of them even had the wrong contact information. I wrote to their customer service and they said they wouldn’t stop sending me emails and then literally the next morning I get emails and texts from them. I am sick of this service and if I don’t get any paperwork from them soon I’m deleting my account.

I have been using this app for my dental office for half a yea and it has been really awesome. My staff loves the appointment taking feature and voicemail transcription. The other tool for remarketing to customers are also very helpful. The fees are super reasonable compared to other business phones out there, take not Comcast and vonage!

Riser is listed on a small biz blog that I followed so I gave it a try after reading some glowing reviews. I am very impressed with how easy and useful Riser is. I have invited my partner so our customer support team can use Riser to handle customer requests.

This is so much more economical than other offerings out there. I was on the free tier for a few months and recently upgraded to the pro for $5 per month and it comes with more features to manage my clientele as my business picks up

Installed Riser yesterday and I am already a big fan. I cant believe how easy it is to get a business number on my personal device. Now i dont need to worry about intermiggling personal and business calls

I really enjoy Riser as it helps you to easily make notes after a phone call. I can then go through my notes when i have time to make sure i don't miss anything.

I am currently using this app phone to field all incoming calls. Since I am almost always on the road, it is nice to not have to worry about missing calls from clients and be able to respond right away to business call or text

I got the free trial and $15 promo when my friend invited me. This is a great app as I was able to switch my old number and Riser offers so much more features like automayed system that sounds very professional

This is such a great idea. I used to pay $50 for a business phone and it barely has any features that is comparable to what Riser offers. I am now more in charge of my usage and not tied to any monthly or contract. Best of all I love the smart appointment features

Business is very smooth now. Before used to follow up by typing number on laptop software and updating. Now all done in app at ease....wish there was contact sync.. Excellent app

I found this little gem out of researching for a new alternative for my current business phone app . this app cost less than half what i am paying and yet offer twice as many features

Cost effective. Much better than what I paid Verizon. I love being able to separate my business call from personal calls.
