I got Photic to make cartoon photos for friends and when i got it I expected in app purchases. I payed for a week subscription and when I went to try it out I almost screamed the demonstration photos on Photic look awesome but looking at my photos with the filters on look like something that would fall into a toilet I tried everything and it still looked horrible looking at some other apps like this one I realized that the demonstration photos look like they were stollen if you look at the cartoon how to video it shows a video from a different app over all Photic is horrible do not bye it I also can’t find a way to get my money back I am having to get help from apple to get my money back

It has some effects yes, but they don’t ever do what the thumbnails show they will. There’s maybe a couple actual differences in the effects but the rest just mess with color and contrast. No control over the parameters, certainly not enough to justify the cost. Three-day trial = “we bank on a percentage of our customers forgetting that they’ll be billed in 3 days.” Also, no way to provide anything but a 5-star review from within Photic .

Photic is awful. The photos look nothing like their thumbnail versions. Please do not pay for this!

And the reviews are scams as well. Look at the sentence structuring and the repetition use of similar words in the positive reviews. This is clearly padded reviews. I wish I would have noticed these things before downloading it. Who knows what they’ll do with the data.

I haven’t uploaded a single photo or made anything and it keeps prompting me to rate them every single time I press any button. So 1 star seems fitting just for the fact that it’s an incredibly annoying feature to be unable to ignore. Maybe it will be a great app… but how could I possibly know.

Moral of the story… don’t be annoying, developers.

It’s a scam on the 3 day subscription you should be able to end the subscription but when you click restore purchases it doesn’t allow you to so you’re stuck paying the money and when you try to contact them about it it doesn’t even send because the email address is fake. Don’t download if you just want to use the 3 day subscription.

Please cool down the Rate Now nonsense. It’s really annoying.

I JUST start trying out Photic . Right from the start, every time I tap on something, I’m urged to “Review Now”…. So I tap on “Later”, tap something else, the boom… “How are you enjoying Photic ? Please Rate Now”.

Well go figure, I CANT “Rate Now” properly because I haven’t TRIED OUT Photic YET due to all your “Review Now” pop-ups…. It’s like a waiter asking “how’s the food” before you’ve tried it, then asking again every minute while you’re eating. No one does that, bc it’s rude. Learn some manners please…

So how would YOU rate such an app? Maybe one star just to get the nagging to stop & to express one’s frustration…

Photic is absolutely terrible!! I’m sorry I know you took your time to make Photic dev but you have to pay for everything except one thing!! It’s absolutely outrageous!! Please change this or at least let us watch an ad for some things!! I’m not gonna spend my money on some stupid app! I would like to save my money for something useful! So unless you don’t care about having to pay $7.00 for the full app, don’t download!!

I don’t know how Photic has mostly decent reviews. I was expecting more out of Photic. First of all, the cartoon filters look good, but there is only one that’s free and very ugly ( on me ) . Second of all, the emoji thing looks NOTHING like a emoji. It looks like a poorly edited filter and it looks nothing like me. I was really expecting more out of Photic with the mostly good reviews and images. You guys let me down. Fix it and I’ll redownload Photic.

I had tried Photic because it looked good in the ads of course, then the first thing I see is these subscriptions and took like 20 seconds just for me to get the X, but then I load in and tried, I tried like EVERY filter and they look bad, not horrible though. I don’t recommend this and all the good filters was money, all we get is one filter to use if you don’t subscribe,

I just downloaded Photic and before I can even post and update my first picture, I keep getting swarmed with "RATE US PLEASE ARE YOU ENJOYING US OMG PLEASE RATE US" anytime I try to open a photo, change a filter, look around, and I EVEN SUBSCRIBED TO THEIR PAID SERVICE.

Great first start. Already cancelling my subscription. How you gonna force someone to rate you when they haven't done anything in Photic ? Be smarter, developers. Be smarter.

Unlike different applications where you need to pay to utilize everything. It gives you a great deal for the free form and is any astounding cost for some greater quality (paying is discretionary to you simply don't open to such an extent). So incredible with various altering instruments for photographs. Couldn't locate some other application that had a grain yet, this is simply amazing!!!!

This is an incredible application! Everything is extremely basic and simple to utilize. Extraordinary quality, not laggy or glitchy by any stretch of the imagination, and heaps of alternatives for everything. Would definately recomend giving this a shot!

It works truly well no glitches or includes. I dod believe that u couldn't utilize the cooler things since they were expert yet all you need to accomplish for some I dont think everything is watch a 30 second include. I got an entirely extraordinary altered picture 5/5!!

Quite great. Didn't anticipate that it should function admirably, and I unquestionably didn't expect such huge numbers of choices that truly work. Generally excellent application up until this point, enough free highlights to improve your photographs with promotions that aren't meddlesome and I can retreat from them without any issues.
