I have repeatedly "cancelled" my Nutrimate subscription. YOU CONTINUE TO CHARGE ME. I am 80 years old, on a fixed income, and cannot afford this: it will force me out of my home and into bankruptcy. I have already contacted you twice about this, and have also notified PayPal, to no effect: YOU CONTINUE TO CHARGE ME. Are you trying to kill me??? CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION. ISSUE ME A FULL REFUND. LOSE MY CONTACT INFORMATION. My next step, if you refuse, is to contact the Washington State Attorney General, who takes a dim view of scammers, particularly those who target Seniors.
Please cancel my subscription. I am 80 years old, have cancer, and have an ostomy (my colon was removed). I don't know how you got my information, but I never subscribed to this program, as it would probably kill me. Unless you'd like to be charged with my murder, please cancel this subscription and refund my money. I will contact the Washington State Attorney General, who does not take kindly to fraudsters, especially those who prey on seniors with multiple health issues. Don’t know where you got this order from but it wasn’t me. You are committing Fraud. I never used this site. Refund my money.
This was a mistake with a child using my iphone. I emailed to cancel the very same day or no more than a day after to refund both charges (26.48 & 14.99) and have yet to be contacted. I am not interested in this service and would like a refund asap.

I did the 30 day trial for $19 and wrote to cancel within two weeks of that. I got an email saying that it would be between 24-48 hours. I assumed it was handled. They charged me anyway and now refuse to give me my money back. I have spent several hours emailing back and forth and they’re saying it’s my fault it wasn’t cancelled and that they will only give me 20% of my money back.

Honestly, not super impressed… I would love a better ability to input my food intake to be more specific and accurate…. The timer is great for fasting…. But not 40 something dollars great. We’ll see how I feel about it. Also when I input the information in the website before I downloaded the app it ripped off another 30something dollars…. So at the moment… I’m trying it. I paid for it, but if I had read my own review I wouldn’t have gotten it.

Because I signed up through their website then it brought me to get the app, I have been unable to cancel, by the website I had expectations that this service would be more than just a calorie counter and dating timer that being said it is very overpriced and I am unable to cancel through the app even after submitting cancellation through the app I’m still being charged
