Very frustrating

I started using this app a couple weeks ago when I read a sample of one of the books on Facebook. 3 days ago the book and my account stopped loading when I try to read on the app. It just spins and times out. Last night it finally loaded but today it is back to not working. So I have money and time into this book I want to read but I can’t.
I have tried every avenue to connect with support with no response. I will try to finish this book because it is in my DNA to finish and the book itself is good. However, having a good book is just frustrating if you can’t access it🤦♀️🤦♀️. If I don’t get to access it soon I will delete this app and never use it again.
I have several reading apps and this is by far the worst one.

Downloaded this app cuz I got sucked into a story on a Facebook ad. I was really enjoying the story but could only read a couple chapters before you need coins to unlock more. You don't even get enough daily coins to unlock one chapter. And your coins disappear. I had 15 coins this morning and when I opened the app later in the day all of my coins were gone. I'm not paying $20+ for a story when I can find similar ones free elsewhere

I’m a Wattpad writer and I got a message saying they want to have my book, but when I went on there they wanted my ID card number and other very personal information and that raises a red flag me. They do offer pay for your work in a contract, but that wouldn’t require your social number instead of a credit card number so I’ll keep an eye on this to see if it changes for the better, but until then I’m not doing business here
