Lifetime access purchase does not work with Family Sharing

I purchased lifetime access to the app and found out after purchasing that this does not work with family sharing. Since I purchased this on my phone, my daughter can’t use it on her iPad. So I spent $70 for nothing. I requested a refund and was referred to apple for refund and apple wouldn’t refund me the money. Very disappointed because now I’m out $70 and my daughter still doesn’t have access to the app that I paid for unless she uses my phone.

7 day trial manage subscription button doesn't work. I emailed support several times for help. they replied that they don't help through support link and offered no help or suggestions to fix problem. I continued to emailed asking not to charge my credit card. After 7 day trial they replied with if you wanna cancel your subscription I needed to do so 24 hours before seven day trial end. This app took $30 for me and I still can't manage subscription.

Only a few of the letters work. The app is not intuitive or user friendly for a 5 year old. I signed up for the $29 subscription . Most of the icons require you to download another app and sign up for another subscription. i will be deleting this app and canceling my subscription.
