Need to report a bug, per the gal I talked to at the CSL center. My Son hasn't received his points for referring me to be a donor and I had my 2nd visit on the 13th. Please help! Thank you

Close and restart the CSL app on iPhone
Update CSL app to the Latest Version for iOS

Fix CSL on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CSL network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix CSL not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent CSL app issues:

Force Stop the CSL App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click CSL app. » click "Force Stop".

Update CSL to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CSL App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "CSL app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch CSL.

Fix CSL unable to contact server/ CSL internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click CSL » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got CSL » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CSL on android.
