I can’t send messages

How to fix CSL app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CSL app on iPhone
Update CSL app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CSL iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CSL on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CSL network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

CSL Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix CSL not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the CSL App
1. On android, goto Settings » CSL » click [Force Stop]

Update CSL to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CSL App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CSL » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CSL.

Fix CSL unable to contact server/ CSL internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CSL » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CSL » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CSL
