Imagine am using phones 20 years ago , this is my first review ever
Today i had my worst experience ever with Sahl customer support , i charged my account with an amount of money then i found myself cant use this application i asked politely yo get my money back and guesses what , they told me that your money can’t get back to your card and i have to use it only though that app

Worst app ever worst customer handling

The card is read on the phone app once every hundred times. So you are not able to read or charge the balance. This is totally unprofessional.

They just let you pay and charge you without even providing the service. Customer support Always making up excuses for their faulty app. Apple should have Sahlسهل removed from Sahlسهل Store ASAP. Otherwise more people will ripped off their money and time.

Our family is working overseas and we used to pay for all utilities and mobile bills in Egypt through Sahl app which was working great for us so we were sharing our experiences with friends and colleagues. Recently Sahl stopped accepting non-Egypt bank cards and this complicated online payments for us, I contacted Customer Service and left the feedback, however I am not sure if the issue is going to be resolved any time soon…

I used it to charge this electricity card, but once charged I get error when I put it in the electricity meter, so I have to go to the electric company to fix this error in the card. In order to give me good in the electricity meter. And when I charge the card again the same occur again. Please fix this.

A good method of operation, but you need to work on the readability of the card by Sahlسهل . It takes few attempts before it works well.:

I was literally searching for something to charge my electricity online and i cam across Sahlسهل on Instagram, i signed up for them to deliver the new NFC card, they came the next day and the process was seamless. I now charge through Sahlسهل ever single time with my credit card without having to go anywhere. Highly recommended. (Although I would love them to decrease the fee a little bit)
