Find my Lost Device - Air App Reviews

I paid $4.99 so that if be able to find all my devices in my room. I lost a lot of my electronics in random spots. Whether it was phones, headphones, laptop, etc. I was able to easily find my phones. But it was difficult finding anything other than my phones.

It works to an extent. But I really wish it made finding everything way easier rather than just being helpful finding phones (iPhones specifically).

Also I wish when you edit the name from “unknown __” it would actually keep what you made it and not continuously go back to unknown whatever. It’s frustrating because I kept mixing up my devices and which ones I hadn’t found. Still haven’t found half of them due to the meter constantly delaying and not picking up the radio signals as strong as I thought it would.

Also tip if you do get this, RSSI is the level of signal that FindmyLostDevice detects. The lower it is the better chance you have at finding your device. (Example: -30 means you’re really close to it and -127 is further away)

I gave a 3 because it did find several devices, so I know it works, the problem is that these devices were NOT lost... I had no luck finding my lost earbud. I read that it might not find somethings that are not turned on. While I have no idea how these apps are developed, maybe it is not possible to find an earbud where the battery has died. In my opinion then FindmyLostDevice is not helpful because the earbud has been lost for over a week and I’m sure isn’t “on.” If it has to be on, then I have no hope of finding it with FindmyLostDevice.

After downloading and deleting numerous useless or overpriced Bluetooth locators I finally found USEFUL and reliable, free (thank you for free (feedback option or pay what you feel it's worth) I am fixed income so for.e and others with monetary limitations and this is forward thinking to assist us, as well as procure valuable feedback. It's a win win. This is an excellent easy to use app that immediately located my JBL FREE X! GREAT app! Your group put out a great product! Thank you!

I guess I kind of found it helpful, you should get this game also maybe it’ll help you find your lost device, I would recommend it. I was trying to find my Bluetooth headphones and I finally found them I was getting upset over it but now I finally got them back, thanks to FindmyLostDevice and my sister.

I was skeptical that it really could see my device. However, I was desperate to find my headphones and figured $5 was a lot less than $100+ for new ones. It only took about 4 minutes to walk through the house and realize my husband had mistakenly packed them the week before.

It found my Apple Pencil in the weirdest spot. I’m not sure I’d have found it without FindmyLostDevice. I only kept looking around the area because the pin kept shaking and asked if I’d found it. So glad I downloaded this and paid the $5! I’d rather have spent the $5 than to have bought another $100 Apple pencil!!!

I couldn't find my Apple Watch this morning so I started searching the house, emptying my purse and considered suspecting the housekeeper. Then I remembered they were apps for this purpose. Within three minutes I found my watch in the bed covers. I'll be telling everybody about this

This is a very good app it’s free it helped me find my AirPod fast if you need it it makes a sound I don’t know how to explain it but it works they can improve the volume like turn it up more I don’t know if they can do anything about that but other then that i think FindmyLostDevice is really good I recommend it if u lose your Bluetooth objects 😂

FindmyLostDevice did put me in the general area (living room) but could not locate my Bluetooth earpiece when it was under edge of a rug where a cat had batted it. It was difficult to find my earpiece because FindmyLostDevice only showed unknown is the name of any signal that it picked up. He did find my iPad but I knew where my iPad was. For $5 I’ll keep it for next time. Because there WILL be a next time.

The sound feature is nice(and free), although since they’re headphones it’s so quiet and easy to miss. The signal to finding the airpod was a bit spotty when i would have the headphone R in my hand, it took a while to realize I had it. I did find the headphone L, although it was a second pair of eyes. I do plan to keep FindmyLostDevice though!

I tested FindmyLostDevice out. I have not found the missing earbud yet. I used the one I do have to see if would be picked up by FindmyLostDevice . In the case it was not picked up. When the earbuds was Out of the case it did. When I selected make a sound. It did not make a sound for me to hear. I will keep trying to locate my missing earbuds and when I do find it with FindmyLostDevice I will make a generous contribution.

I was actually able to find my AirPod I only lost 1 AirPod so I put the other in the case and I played the sound and looked at the tracker and I found it under my mattress if I didn’t use FindmyLostDevice I never would’ve found them.😍😍😍😍😍 Please use FindmyLostDevice if you need to find your AirPods

Thought I was being blue jacked by an unknown device that appeared from nowhere on my Bluetooth list. Ran a scan to find signal and traced it to my bird dogs hunting collar. Awesome little app for people that think security flaws in their phones are all to common.

FindmyLostDevice is great I lost my AirPods so many times and I can find them and it’s completely free other apps I’ve tried and it I just wanted it that’s why FindmyLostDevice is so great now I’m going to recommend to all my friends

I dropped one of my airpods on a flight from Houston to Hawaii and the thought of me loosing my airpods kept me awake almost the entire 9 hour flight. I wish I downloaded FindmyLostDevice prior to my lost, I could rest easier with a piece of mind. Love FindmyLostDevice, it's a game changer.

I just got FindmyLostDevice & decided to try it with my new headphones. FindmyLostDevice seemed to work, but haven’t really been able to experiment with it to much. They do ask for a donation & if FindmyLostDevice seems useful to me in the future. Then I could definitely see myself donating.

So I lost my Bluetooth earbuds and downloaded FindmyLostDevice to find them. First of all, to even start looking, You need to watch an Ad?! Then, it gives more than 30 options that aren’t even connected to your device. On top of all of that, to even look at one of the options, You need to pay 5 bucks?! This really wasn’t that helpful at all and I would have been better if I had just looked for it myself.

I had lost my left airpod, and while every other app needed you to pay BEFORE using the radar, this one makes it an OPTION and does it AFTER you find whatever you lost. Very satisfied with FindmyLostDevice.

So I think there should be an option on which AirPod you would like to find cuz I only found one and can’t find the other and there should be a detailed map that way you have more of an idea we’re your AirPod is cuz I don’t really have the $70 to go out and buy a new AirPod to replace the one I can’t find.
