This is the worst prep app out there.

DentalBoardsMastery on iPhone, ipad, and the website are all super glitchy. It repeats all these questions and wasn’t marking my progress. Then, It deleted all my progress when I’m on the last 50 questions.

No good structure to DentalBoardsMastery . It Doesn’t tie in the mental dental videos well. There are no pictures really. The explanations are pretty bad most of the times. Get one of the other programs, hearing from classmates how much better they are.

I enjoyed DentalBoardsMastery while preparing for the integrated boards exam, unfortunately the 3 month subscription I paid for was renewed automatically which I did NOT sign up for. In my account there is no place for customer support, I also looked in my settings and clicked on “edit subscription” but it has no link to customer support or changing settings, it only allows more purchases. I had initially considered using it again after graduation because of the other resources but I have definitely decided against that. I have other study apps, they ended at the 3 month mark just as planned without hidden renewals. Very disappointed!

While it is nice to have an app with sample questions, it would be nice if the questions and answers did not have errors. Especially when students (via the comments section) are the ones identifying the errors. It makes DentalBoardsMastery feel unreliable as a source- especially when it comes to an exam as important as boards. Perhaps a more thorough team of question writers and reviewers could help with these amateur issues.

Whenever I try to watch a mental dental video through DentalBoardsMastery on phone it either doesn’t play at all or doesn’t play with audio, even with strong wifi or cellular. Will update once resolved

I love DentalBoardsMastery! Before I decided to take integrated boards, I used it for part 1 and it was so easy to use and gave me a great idea of the breadth of knowledge I would need to prepare. I especially like how it has you rate how sure you are of your answer so that the ones you’re not sure about you can review later. This company clearly knows what they’re doing and I feel confident that their integrated boards app will prepare me well.

DentalBoardsMastery lead me to a PASS on my first attempt. Not only is there a large bank of questions, but also the ability to create custom study sessions to focus on the arts you need to the most! Additionally there is study material and guides to help you review beyond just your lecture notes from school. There is also discussion boards that were quite engaging by DentalBoardsMastery makers for extra clarity. DentalBoardsMastery is a MUST if you are dedicated to passing your board exam.

Despite the INBDE being a totally new test, they’ve absolutely hit a home-run!! Being able to study from anywhere, log my progress, and create quizzes custom-fit to my needs has been amazing! If you are on the fence, rest assured. You can’t go wrong with the My Dental Mastery: INBDE Prep app!

I highly recommend DentalBoardsMastery for ur preparation for the boards. The question format depict real exam scenarios and are well compliant with the dental boards format. The explanation after the question and answers help u reinforce ur basics. It is a great adjunct to ur sources and can really help build ur confidence. The ease of using it anywhere while traveling or work make it more student friendly. Love this.

Great App to study; it has a lot of good information but also a lot of complicated questions that sometimes makes you feel that you are not ready for the Exam. Overall I think it’s a great tool to study for the INBDE. It’s a tool so if you don’t use it younl don’t get the benefits.

The convenience of DentalBoardsMastery is amazing! All the upperclassmen have told me about the apps they used for their boards, but with the switch to the INDBE exam DentalBoardsMastery is a MUST!! The questions are easily laid out with patient based cases and have great explanations. It tracks your progress so you can see what you’ve gotten wrong and tackle those questions separately. Also the convenience of this being an app lets me study from anywhere which is great! Download it ASAP if you’re taking this exam within the next year and good luck!!!

I love DentalBoardsMastery!! It became fun to study with it! I do the questions nonstop. It became a game to me to have a patient’s chart and having to solve the problem. The questions are on point. DentalBoardsMastery is so organized and easy to use. You can select the questions you don’t know and DentalBoardsMastery separates it from the ones you know or somewhat know. Excellent app! The material is very complete, the Q-bank, along with the videos are incredible! You can listen to the lectures while you drive... You really have a lot of options to prepare for the exam!

Don't waste time trying out different study platforms. I am a full time working mom who hardly can find time to study. The INBDE mastery is wholly organized and is what you need to ace your exam!
Go and get enroll in the mastery app to achieve your goal!!!

Very useful app for boards! But after couple hours of studying you’re eyes getting tired . Please make “dark mode” as an option . It will help a lot ! And it will save a lot of battery life of your tablet or phone .

I highly recommend DentalBoardsMastery for INDBE prep. I felt over prepared for the exam after using DentalBoardsMastery, I also enjoyed how I could easily take my studying anywhere with me.

I have a question, since the exam isn’t released yet, how do you know this can help? Or do you guys work with them?

It’s no wonder that the Dental Mastery apps were always top rated for NBDE part 1 and 2! I think DentalBoardsMastery has a great representation of what to expect for the INBDE exam. It’s an excellent resource with not only realistic case-based questions that are a great way to test myself but also educational explanations to improve my knowledge as I study. I love the convenience of being able to study on my phone anytime anywhere, and the question flagging system to mark things I want to come back to and review is awesome. I trust that DentalBoardsMastery will prepare people studying for INBDE just as well as it did for the part 1 and 2 exams up till now - I think their reputation speaks for itself. Highly recommend!
