On the screen to enter the tracking number for a surgery patient, tapping the tracking number Field on my second generation iPhone SE never opens a keyboard allowing me to enter the number. Thus, it is unusable for me.

I recently moved to Morgantown and was surprised to have such a large and impressive hospital near me, Ruby. After downloading the app, it will be easier to navigate without assistance, my preferred method.
