Unable to place order on App

My husband and I have tried multiple times to place our order and it won’t let us get past through to pay and place the order. We both tried deleting and downloading the all multiple times and still the same problem continues. Once you click on place the order it takes you to the next screen but the screen looks like the size exceeds the app requirements. You can’t see the action button to continue. My husband finally used the iPad and was able to complete the order. I have photos of how the screen looked but I am unable to attach it.
Can’t login to my account

Every time I try to login it says this account was created with facebook or google but there’s no option to login with facebook or google, only apple. When I try to make a new account I can’t verify the phone number because it say my phone number is already registered. Can’t login with apple either because it doesn’t load. Can’t even contact anyone because in order to contact someone you have to login🤦🏽♂️. This app’s login features are awful and needs to be fixed.
Can’t enter credit card info

The app functions well, until I try and put in my credit card information. Every time I try to put in the expiration month and year it won’t take it. So I couldn’t proceed with my order. Just landed in the Bahamas without a car, took a taxi to the AirBNB and ready to get food delivered, but we will not be eating tonight. Ugh, so frustrating.
