Hello I keep getting an error saying “your property tree account is not active yet. Please try again later or contact your property manager” I was successfully using the app previously. I have deleted/reinstalled the app. Updated my phone. Changed my password and I’m still having the same error. Kay Forgie from Deximal Property suggested I get in contact with you directly.
