Where’s the support?

I’ve been trying to get the attention of juju’s support email when I first hit six thousand gems. Which was a couple days ago, I’m currently at 10k and I still haven’t gotten an email about the the prize I redeemed and I still haven’t heard back from them. I’ve spent hours on the app trying to get gems, even to the point to knowing every single answer in the trivia game. I wish they had staff who helped their users. I’m still struggling and no has come to help at all. I don’t understand how this app has almost 5 stars with horrible support and it doesn’t even give the rewards.

It is a good game, it is not a scam or anything and it is really fun! Definitely recommend if you are looking to save money and have some fun. I like this one better then the other apps similar because other apps make you spend money to get receipts but this app doesn’t make you do that which is awesome

This is a really funGame that I really enjoy playing. I do wish that you could add friends and the gems for the items could be cheaper because if you pay for gems and then buy an item you will actually be wasting money.
