I am very disappointed as I wrote a review several days ago and it is still not posted so I will write it again.
We demand that you stop the cheating! Messages after messages have been sent with attached proof of swapping players in houses to gain more trendsetters and earn more badges than possible for special events as well as proof that mods are being used to submit stories multiple times in order to win seasonal global. The response to these emails was originally that we were basically foolish for thinking this and it was impossible to cheat. Now, you are confirming that you are aware of these issues and a fix is in the works, but how long will this take? It’s been months of cheating. Houses racking up badges that they didn’t earn fairly. Are these badges going to be removed? Players winning trendsetter and global through cheating. The longer this goes on, the more animosity builds up between players and more and more players begin to become disillusioned with this game.
Simple communication of house rules at the beginning would have possibly avoided the conflict.
Don’t even get me started on the thousands of items donated that we haven’t seen in months or the team limited items that we wore once and have been unable to wear again.
We demand communication of house rules, denouncing of unfair game play and consequences whether it be banning a player/ house or removing badges immediately. If this goes on, you will be seeing many walk away from the game for good.

At first, i was telling all my friends about this game. About how fun it was, and about how it’s a great chance to get into the styling world if you wanted to be a designer someday. But after awhile, it started getting boring. I only had 13 followers while others had millions. To participate in events, i had to buy things. And after awhile, i didn’t have any money left to play the game. (In the game money, not irl money.) And now, I can’t even get in the game! It’s so glitchy, too! It takes me HALF AN HOUR to get into the game. I don’t even play it for that long! Who wants to play something that takes more time than your actually playing just WAITING for the app to load? Not me, that’s for sure. And i wish you could just get money if you needed it. Like, if you have no money to participate in the only thing you could do in the whole game, why not just delete it? I’ll tell you what. Everyone should delete it unless it comes out a whole different better version soon, because this is pretty bad.

If they don’t fix this now, they’re going to be in a lot of trouble. If this game is what some people make off a living, they better start finding other jobs, because soon this is going to happen to everyone, and then the app store will be OVERFLOWING with bad reviews. Then out of 5 stars, this app’ll be 1 star. So they better get on their A- game

Hi! The game hasn’t allowed me to make the Trendy Quest, nor is it enabling me to get the Trendy bonus because for the past few day, there are 0 trendy items. This has set my progress back severely :-( . Am I the only one? I can’t even play anymore because I’ve had to buy items to make up for the game glitch. **EDIT** —- I reached out to Customer Service and provided screenshots and specific and detailed information in regards to my concerns. Customer Service continues to gaslight me and continuously attempt to ignore what is being said and even challenge the PROOF of my claims. They kept telling to restart the game which of course had already been done. Then they disappeared and come back with suggestions to send screenshots. EVEN THOUGH I ALREADY SENT THEM. They suggested that I PAY REAL MONEY for items. I HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED THE PASS . What more do you want from me? I will no longer support this game. You could have at least offered gems. Look at the recent reviews. Others are complaining , but your Customer Service is going out their way to NOT assist us. I will be deleting this app and will keep my styler pass money in my pocket. Times are hard and I used this game to help me pass time and stimulate my mental health. Goodbye Edit —- The developer is FLAGGING REVIEWS and CHOOSING not to fix the issues. Look at the reviews
