I haven’t even made a call and you’ve asked to for like 3 reviews already. It makes you look like the insecure, jealous high school boy who can’t believe he got a hot girlfriend and messes everything up cause he refuses to believe she actually like him because he’s sweet, witty, smart, and like an Ohio 6 (lookin at you Corey Matthews. God Tapanga Lawerence (probably spelled that wrong.... nope let’s mark that definitely) was so hot... wanted to touch the Hiney... still would if given the opportunity, so long as that thug Shaun Hunter and doofus Mathews weren’t there to ruin the entire experience. No thanks!! They’ll try and turn it into some Feeney life lesson and I really have no time for all that nonsense. I digress though. Oh yeah, 2nd Line- Quit being so needy and insecure. Not a good look. Also, I cancelled my free trial within 24hrs of signing up and you thieving clowns tried to charge my account for $5.99 anyway. I just talked to Apple who confirmed I should not be charged that. Now because of your thievery tactics, I can’t download worthwhile apps until Apple resolved the issue. I should sue you for incompetence and wasting so much of my time. DONT EVER USE 2ndLine. THEY WILL TRY AND STEAL YOUR MONEY

I’ve had a second line that I’ve used for over a year…but recently my droid stopped working and I got an iPhone. Is there no way to restore that number from a droid on my iPhone before the number expires? The typical “restore” option doesn’t seem to cut it..

I’m not able to receive text messages or call out

I subscribed for 59 dollars they told me it was a Christmas offer that was unlimited for calls for a year after subscribing they deducted all the credit and later on asked me to pay another unlimited monthly for 22 dollars I did and then again they deducted everything within 5 minutes it’s a scam I wasted 89 dollars they took it all for 2 days calls only I curse the developer of this site you and your family will die idiots pals take my advice and never use 2ndLine ….

I purchased the $10 per month premium account but I just made my first call and 2ndLine says I’m charged 4 credits per minute....? The “about sections” says what I purchased is unlimited and has no ads. I have not seen ads but I do see it charging “credits”. How can I get this fixed so I can use the subscription as purchased?

I just tried and I found that the prices are super high having in mind that you maybe will pay less for a regular line with a phone company , for every text you sen in USA it charges 3 cents with you by 200 cents for 9.99 at month , not worth it if you need to used for work in order to keep your regular number private. I don’t recommend 2ndLine.

Why does the receiver gets a link when I send a photo?

It keeps on shutting down and have to wait to refresh. Also, won’t show the incoming texts until it’s too late, like I already sent minutes later before I’d get the previous incoming texts. Also, the support option crushed down til I lost interest contacting them.

It never rings out always entering voicemails. I think I want my money back cos I just paid for it.

I paid the monthly fee, yet I keep having to pay for more minutes. I’ve emailed 3 times and gotten no response. I’m a teacher and am using this to contact students and parents without having to give my phone number. I can’t afford to pay for more minutes every day.

I paid for the unlimited plan. But for some reason I am unable to make calls due to insufficient credit. I paid $100 for the the year and it isn’t working. Some help would be great.

Messages delay and you can’t even respond while your phone is locked Well I hope you fix this because I am paying a lot to buy credit and your free credit is limited too. Does the trick, keeps asking for more upgrades not sure what they are for

I have charged a full year and when I make a call it tells me insufficient credit. Looks like this application is a scam and I’ll have to dispute the charge with the credit card company and report to Apple Store. I am not sure how to connect with the company.

No freebies and they charge you again for calls and texts after you paid for them through 2ndLine ...there are better options

I am leaving a review because if I don’t 2ndLine will continually prompt me to leave a review as I’m attempting to use 2ndLine . My review may have been higher if this wasn’t such a nuisance.

Perfect!! what I extremely like is the built in keypad and dialer I don’t have to use the dialer that’s on my iPhone therefore absolutely highly recommended! Would give 10stars! If I could.

Absolutely garbage app, made me pay monthly subscription price TWICE in one month!! Unacceptable. UI is complete trash. Not easy to find settings page??? It logged me out all the way for no reason. Completely disappointed. Total time waste and money waste. If I could give 0 or negative stars, I would..

Made an account, chose a number, bought a subscription and was sent a receipt. When I clicked 2ndLine again it took me back to choosing a number.

Poor service with less functionality even costly

States it’s unlimited, then with the PAID membership I still have to pay for credits. Annoys you with a review after every call.

It doesn’t have a log in and it’s even using a Credit after 10$ subscription

Zero stars. Calls keep dropping or wont come through. Complete waste of time and money.
