I really don’t recommend this app. Everytime there is a update they either make it harder to get liquids and stocks. They lock certain stocks so you can’t choose them. Yesterday I was going to buy some liquids which were 11 dollars but it was to late at night. I waited for today. I saw there was a update and after it finished I got back on the game to purchase my liquids. I saw all the pieces were changed. I feel like this game is really rigged and doesn’t want you to redeem your coins for gift cards and various prices. Try different apps but don’t download this one. Also they just keep on changing the price for reddening prizes. They changed the iPhone from 6000 to 8000. This really just made me loose motivation. Spend you time else where.

The game is super fun and cool when it works but as of today the game was glitching a lot and I waited a couple hours to go back in the game but I’m logged out but I try to log back in but it says “authorization error” which makes no sense and I send a e-Mail to reset my password and I don’t receive an email. I also redeemed a apple gift card over the weekend and I never received an email even 4 days later. At this point I don’t even care about the gift card I just want to be able to log into my account and play the game again.

I do have same issue. How many times I have send message to follow up my gift card. But nothing happened. Are you not going to send our gift card for the effort and buying to your app? How can you make promises without acting to it. I bet it’s not only me having issue on this. Why can’t you send directly the gift card with picture of the card itself. Is this an issue on app or your staff?!
