Yokoy is so bad. You can’t even write a comment on an expense without the keyboard popping up. You’d think with big clients and being a Swiss brand it would operate more professionally.
The worst I’ve ever used in my life

This program is horrible and not friendly. Crashes on my iPhone all the time. I do not recommend this for anybody and I pity the fool that has it right now, so pity me.
Only partially works

My colleagues are using this and have a very different and great interface. Fir me Yokoy does not work. Main issue is that the bottom of the screen does not show so it is not possible to save or submit the expense. Maybe it is because they downloaded from the Swiss App Store and I am connected to the US App Store. We are all running it on iPhones. Why the difference?

All approved expenses (privately paid and paid with a company credit card) get to the Finance- and Accounting team for the last review before the data are either downloaded or sent to the company's ERP system for booking (accounting) and payout.
Whether you pay with our Yokoy Business Prepaid Mastercard, your company credit card or cash, just take a picture of the receipt (or upload it) and your expense report is automatically done by our Artificial Intelligence module.
You receive all expense claims, which need to be approved, with an easy-to-read compliance summary in which you see all policy breaches, fraud potential, and compliance issues.
We even show you policy breaches and compliance issues detected by the AI module in real time.
The Finance team doesn't even have to enter the VAT data - all VAT rates and amounts are automatically read out by our module.
