Love the donuts but the app is frustrating to use. It takes way too long to put together an order. One of the perks of duck is that you get to select your own toppings but the app makes it difficult to do. If I order build my own dozen, I can’t chose fan favorites. If I am in the store then there I’d a section at the top of the ordering pad for those. It would be a lot easier if a user picked a dozen donuts and then there was one screen for each donut. Swipe right to the next one or swipe left to go back and change. My solution is to order from within the app at the store and then give them my order. The employee hand writes it n the receipt. Please be aware that they charge a $1 service fee. Why? The app helps the customer and the store, total junk app. Please fix the app.

This is one of the most poorly constructed apps I’ve had the displeasure of using. You can only order a dozen donuts, the customization settings are, at best, difficult to use, and it is very inconvenient. At this point I only keep it to add reward points for orders, but even that can’t be done manually by the user - you have to send a picture of your receipt to an email address for them to do. There are hundreds or thousands of web developers who could easily put together a functional app, you should probably hire one of them.

They began charging a $1 service fee for the app and they don't provide any meaningful updates. I've submitted feedback multiple times to which they respond, but don't actually implement. How can you keep releasing new flavors but never change the list of fan favorites? They never implement an option to select seasonal flavors. It's incredibly tedious to build your own donuts rather than just let me select the seasonal donuts.
