2 years agoI need to know if my account is set up correctly for payment. I don't understand the connection with stripe. How do I get my funds once products are sold into my account? Is skincare products a good product to sell on your platform? Who pays for shipping? How is it calculated?

Customer perspective - Inferior to other payment apps
For consumers, Cashdrop has become an inferior experience to every other payments app. There’s no way to store payment data, and they removed the ability to use Apple Pay in the app to add an extra layer of security. I don’t want to enter my card info into a browser, or store it in my browser, I want to use the randomized secure Apple Pay option. There’s also no way to store favorites or create a profile. This is as barebones as it gets and it’s not a good customer experience. Would love to see more effort put in by the development team to make this a good customer experience and not just a bargain basement option for businesses.

CASHDROP is the best place to start your business.
I’ve been now using CASHDROP for over a year (to sell accessories) and it’s been such a pleasant experience. The team always feels at arms length to help with any technical issue or to simply answer any questions (I live in Los Angeles Ca., they’re based in Chicago). The app as well at the team continue to push to create a better version of the app consistently. I’ve sold on Depop and Poshmark in the past, and immediately disliked as a seller. CASHDROP is great for the consumer AND the seller. No one loses, no one gets cheated. Your side hustle or main hustle will never have a better chance to grow than when using CASHDROP.

CashDrop for events!
We use CashDrop for our Dated Faded Worn Vintage Meets Events. CashDrop is an easy to use and understand sellers app. Creating an account is as easy as 1,2,3! We have been using the app for guest to buy tickets for my last 6 events and I have no problems from guest. On the back end, it is easy to use scanning tickets as guest walk in. Also the app gives me all of the stats and insights to the event that I need as a host. I have no complaints about the app and saves me so much money on fees than Eventbrite, which I used in the past. Overall great selling platform for all sellers and creatives! Dated Faded Worn approved. 👍
