I have been a loyal player of Vegas now I have been playing it for years I have actually bought coins and like any other slot game you win some you lose some Over the last four or five months I have accumulated 987 billion coins On Wednesday, December 20th.
On December 21 I went to collect when I opened the game I had 300,000 coins and I was on level two that really bothered me a lot I emailed the company and to this day I have not gotten an answer back I thought that was extremely wrong even if they cannot get me my coins back and I’m sure they can I have similar incidents with other slot games and they have been able to send me a substantial amount of coins but this company Simu Don’t even have the decency to answer an email I will never play this game I will never recommend any of your games I am so disappointing.

Since the last upgrade there is a glitch when you get a big win, it does not give you the score. When is there gonna be a new version to get rid of this this game is starting to be no fun when you see the big amount that you win, but it doesn’t go onto your score. I sent other messages that have never been answered. Please let me know. I’m sick of getting good rewards and watch it minus it when When are you going to do something about it? When is a new version coming to correct the errors that are in this one?

The ads pop up so often that they severely detract from the otherwise fun game.
You get awarded 60 seconds of double points only to lose 20-30 seconds of that with ad interruptions.
The game frequently crashes without awarding proper bonuses.
Ads will frequently lock up the program with no option to close the ad.
If you win free spins, select 4X multiplier and watch the ad for double points, you lose your free spins and the program crashes. A really badly written app. The writers should be ashamed and embarrassed about their failure!

Let me start with saying you are extra generous with your payouts. And that of it self, would be great if the slots were fun to play. All the slots in your package that I had access to were all the same. They felt exactly the same when playing. Each has a different name of course, but no excitement or anticipation at all, and they all look the same basically. Really love playing on your site. Two days ago I played, the next day while getting bonus the spin again feature wasn’t letting an ad come up.
