Screen goes black and kicks me out of the app. Also when I try posting the link to my favorite brands so other people could tap on the link and try them too it won’t let you the link for the brands site is just writing it doesn’t let you go to the link and buy their products that’s highly disappointing especially if someone loves the look of the product we’re posting they can’t tap it and go to the site small brands need more eyes on their products that’s what I post them they need more orders only way they can do that is if people can tap the link to bring them to the site so they can order. Please make that an option. Also make it easier to hashtag in the post you got to push hashtag then write in the hashtag instead of posting the hashtags in the description with the links which you can’t go to the sites of your favorite products you used the screen goes black and kicks me out while I’m trying to make a post if the hashtags worked like hashtags like Twitter you just write the hashtags in a post and they worked like they’re supposed to but no got the screen going black and kicking me out. So far this app is very disappointing please work on these things. Thank you.

I logged into my account on the recently downloaded PrismPop app shortly after purchasing my new iPhone, and the 23,000 points that I had been working my little tushy off to earn suddenly found itself all the way at 0. It was as if my profile never even existed pre-app download. I had to input all of my profile information again from scratch, which really felt like salt being rubbed into the wounds. I haven’t been able to get any sort of resolution for any member of the PrismPop team (and trust me when I say there have been a few pleasant and not-so pleasant emails sent their way.)

Now that is off of my chest, I want to touch on reasons why this is an app that still deserves a chance and why I still participate today. This is the first app I have come across that makes me feel like a part of a true online community of people just like myself sharing a passion for the love of makeup. They are working out the kinks for rewards I’m sure, but that shouldn’t stop you from allowing yourself the pleasure of finding your new favorite eyeshadow palette. They do so many things right that you would be crazy to pass this one over.

I have to say, I am not really into beauty or fashion or the same old everyone looks perfect and I feel like crap about myself social media. This app is very different. I find myself wanting to post things. Anything about my day that anyone can find helpful or just put a smile on their face. Yes there is the super popular pages but they are mixed in with the bit so popular pages as well. I like that. It isn’t just the popular people first and newbies or those with less posts get less coverage. I also really love that there are real people on here. All shapes sizes and colors. Everyone has a say and so far I have not seen any trolls or haters. It is a really good community. I highly recommend it. I have gotten some ideas on decorating, eating, yoga etc.
